Here are the first pics of my Lost and the Damned army. First is my Daemon Prince, Raphael the viscious, Lord of the Avengers of Scarolis. He sports a fashionable ork body with the snake lower half of the Slaanesh Lord on steed. I generally give him the combi bolter, and the dread axe with a personal icon. I am not sure where the head is from, but I did add the extra horns coming out from the top.
UPDATE: I have remodelled Raphael to make him look more like a CHaos Daemon Prince and since the combibolter just doesn't work with Daemonic Speed, so here are the new pics of the above model
and here is the fully painted and finished as far as I am concerned Raphael, the Viscious

Next is my homage to Lord Sarpeddon of the Soul Drinkers. I had not read the book when I first made this guy, if I had he would have been no where near as chaotic looking. I use him as my Sorceror for the Avengers, and as such he gets to see a lot of action against the nids that forced the Avenegers to look to Chaos for salvation. His conversion was actually pretty difficult trying yo get all 6 of those guant arms to stay where I wanted them when my glue suddenly decided it was not going to dry instantly even with zip kicker anymore. I am thinking of removing the power claw and giving him something more fitting a sorceror for that arm, and maybe changing out the head since it doesn't seem to be a very commanding look.
Finally I wanted to show what I did for my mutants. my traitor guard are just cadians with the support weapons having heads from the chaos vehicles accesory sprues added in. but my mutants are Fantasy marauders mounted on gaunt legs. most carry chaos bolters, but a couple prefer the ork guns, the boss has a plasma pistol and a marauder flail. My favorite is still the one towards the right center with the nid gun as his many eyed face.

Excellent job on the joint conversions. Do you plan on putting Lord Sarpeddon on a base?
Spambot kill tally. . .337
He is supposed to be on a 40mm base, but it is in the shop for repairs I have only recently started to add more life to my bases with anything more than flocking, so I wanted to give him a newer base standing atop a couple dead genestealers or guants.
I like the slaaneshy spirit
great idea to use blue for the skin and gaunt parts
OK adding a couple more pics to my converteds :) these 2 are my raptor units, sometimes used as possessed marines. Their conversion is very subtle so I will let you look them over before I explain them.
did you find the conversion?? I had to pin some of the hand weapons on them. Oh and those wings too I guess :P these models have been my most annoying since even with the pinning the wings keep getting bumped off or dropped or I even had some guy grab them and pull to see how strong the glue was... MORON
I had considered keeping my theme on these guys and using tyranid wings but at the time I made them these wings looked much cooler, the new nid wings I may have to do that with now :) The other thing I don't like anymore are my mixed colors, I intend to build 9 more and keep the unpainted one, then paint the new ones in my light blue flesh color and whatever I choose for my army colors, these were originally made for a friend but I bought them back when he sold the army

That deamon prince is brilliant. Thanks for sharing.

Imperial Guard: 1.1.0
I'm glad to see that you did a Sarpedon.
IMO, he isn't TOO chaos looking. The problem I have with him is his lower body... or lack of one, anyway. He's too small.
The book describes him as having a spider torso. You'd have been better off making him Tauric by adding the torso of the CSM onto the body of a spider and filing down the lower leg portions of the spider to blades, or adding Tyranid bits to the ends of the spider legs.
Kewl stuff, though.

well truthfully he was not originally meant as a Sarpeddon miniature. I had begun him as I was reading the books and the idea of an aspiring champion with insect legs sounded cool, after I read on the mutations of the SD I felt I HAD to make my chaos guy. I mulled over the idea of making him Sarp or chaos for days and chose chaos, but now my problem is I want to make him more important than a champ, I think he should be my sorceror or leiutenant
I was never completely happ with the original look of the Daemon Prince, so this afternoon I remodelled him with a little elpful idea from BiD of putting a dead opponent under him... I posted the pictures on the front page of this thread and left the original pic of the DP up there for comparison, I hope these look better as I am now completely happy with him myself.
They're ladies. We can't hit ladies.
No, no. They're Daemonettes. They'll tear you limb from limb and steal your soul
But sar, thats what ladies do.
