I have had a St. Celestine model for about 6 months and have just decided to work on her. I want to make it so she can be on a small base and a large base by slotting the small into the large when I make her statured. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this and any ideas on how to make her look particularly devious. I have already converted her sword to look more like the urukh'ai (spelling?) cleavers from LoTR and I can say that I am quite happy.
Any help would be most appreciated, thanks!

I don't know where you would find it, I think it was in last years Australian Golden Daemons. Leigh Carpenter did an incredible slaaneshi conversion from the model. Maybe google it.
Sounds fairly cut and dry to me.
There shall come a time,
When one who has the heart of a Kilrathi,
but is not Kilrathi born,
Shall rain cleansing fire down upon us,
and Kn'Thrak, a time of great darkness
Shall embrace us.
Here are two links you may find useful with regards to converting you own Slaaneshi princess from Celestine:

I think some big wings are a must, alongside some evil looking weaponry. You could even exchange one of her hands for a daemonette-style claw. Chaos symbols and grizzly trophies never look out of place on a Chaos model, and as this is a Slaaneshi model you could have some seductive slaves glued to the larger of the two bases you intend to make. Exposed flesh is another way to distinguish something belonging to Slaanesh, as is shown in one of the above links where one of the conversions has a breast showing.
As for making a large base that you can slot the smaller base into - you should build up the edges of the bigger base with corkboard. Cut this corkboard into whatever shape you want (to represent a rock or somthing else) and make it thick enough so you can cut out a central hole for the smaller base. Then you should drill some wires into the larger base, sticking up through the hole cut for the smaller base. There should be some holes in the smaller base corresponding to these wires so that you can use the wires to hold the smaller base onto the larger one whilst they are attached - kind of like pinning but without the glue.
Hope this helps buddy.
Now that is a good call Shoal, I really like that
Everything you have been told is a lie!
Thanks for all the links guys, I couldn't find anything for the life of me. The only thing is, I don't want wings, lol! It seems like wings are a popular option because they look so cool, but I really want a cool mini to play with and I tend to give my lord speed over wings. Wings would be cool, but I also want to use combat drugs and was thinking about using the cherubs and drape as a dispensing station for the drugs. Little angel-enablers for the depraved Queen of my army...
Those models are very well done, but they're not what I'm looking for. Maybe a large flowing cape instead of wings? Or a large banner...I don't know, to the drawing board!
The Golden Demon Australia winner is a very nice conversion, but too alien for me.
Thanks everybody, this has been a great help despite what I may sound like.
I've decided I want tentacles coming out of her back in a sort of Kerrigan (Sarah Kerrigan from Starcraft) type of way. Either that or tentacles like Venom puts out... <==Geek I envision her being able to levitate as a form of flight if need be.
I love the slave idea, maybe some Dark Eldar or a variety of races.

here are some pics of the progress so far. I shaved the vents off her power armour to fit room for the GS and the wires now protruding from her back.
Theme wise I like to think of her more as a corrupted version of St. Celestine without all the fluff that might entail. As such, my point is not to make her completely craven and overtly sexual. Mostly she kills stuff, chops it up good, then maybe she does something sexy with it, or maybe the killing part is sexy...idk Mostly it's like this, hot chick kills things.
EDIT: Delila (this is what I have decided to call her) will be in the same army as Samson, my Keeper of Secrets. I posted a thread on him in the painting area, or click here http://188.8.131.52/~librariu/forums/showthread.php?t=87420

This is very cool.
I was actually planning a similar conversion, of the tentacles coming out of his back, with my nurgle lord. Gotta love crazy, disgusting, mutative pathogens.
So far, it looks like it'll be a very interesting model.
