Welcome to Librarium Online!
Inspired from an Inquisition model, I have decided to create a *gasp*, Female Daemonhunter Inquisitor.
Inspired from Daemon Huntress
I plan on using the Battle Sister Superior 1 model as a base. Slicing off the head and the hand holding the chainsword, I shall then replace them with the Eldar Guardian Exposed Head bit and the Grey Knight Terminator Sergeant Halberd.
The color scheme will be the same as the Huntress, bronze/gold armor with a white tabard.
Comments? Suggestions? This will be my first conversion and knowing the best way to cut through metal bits will be appreciated.
Battle Sister Superior 1
Grey Knight Terminator Sergeant Halberd
Eldar Guardians Bare Head Bit
*Doh, looks like BW is out of stock on that particular bit...*
Welcomme to the forum!
Sounds cool! My only concern is the Guardian-head, which looks very masculine IMO.
Would be better if you could get your hands on some Wood Elf-heads since they look a lot more feminine.
Edit: looking at that halberd, I noticed that the hand on it is right-handed and the Superior has the chainsword in her left hand...

Yeah, the Guardian head is definitely male, even if the Eldar do look rather androgynous. Finding decent-looking female heads is a bit tricky really... Let me know what you end up using as I'd like to use some bare heads for some female Guardians! That said, that Eldar head is actually quite a good match for the Inq model you're basing the conversion on, so it *might* work....
Sounds like a good conversion to me overall though
If you are looking for female heads, maybe try to find the old maiden guard models form the wood elf range.
Darn you for beating me to it!
I'm working on the same thing. I had the idea of using a DE torso (if I can figure out how to get ONLY ONE of them!) and I was also looking at the Mordheim amazonian warrior heads. Yeah, they're metal, but nothing's perfect.
Mine's gonna need a psycannon. Working on how I'm gonna do that.
Good luck, and post pics so I'll have some inspiration when I'm ready to make my inq!
Do you have any fluff for her yet?
Thanks for all your comments. No fluffy stuff yet. I'm still looking at the options available to me right not. I'll post updates as soon as I find something.
