I have a question for all you out there:
there is a pic of a marine captain in the last page of the SM codex (a blood raven if I'm not wrong) that wields a huge hammer in his left hand, does any of you know where does it comes from? At first I supposed it was Coteaz hammer but then realized he has it in the left hand not right so it can't be, any idea?
Alternatively does any of you know of a left handed hammer suitably impressing? (It is meant to be a sort of thunder hammer)

You can also use hammers that are usually attached to a right hand, just cut the hand of and combine it with a left hand. Some conversion work is needed, but it should be manageable. Anyway you can look through the dwarf minis, there are awfully many hammers to find there… or try one of these.
Chaos – additionally bits for some other conversions
Chaos as well, maybe some chaos symbols to remove

Why not try the new empire warrior priest's great weapon.
It looks pretty sweet ane shouldn't be that hard to convert.
Crimson Fists 0/0/0
Dwarfs 0/0/0 (work in progress)
You will have to convert the hammer . The model you are referring to war a Golden Demon entry in 2000 or somewhere. It is a Salamanders Captain. as for the hammer you might want to have a look at the Fantasy components, especially the dwarfs or Empire. You might find something suitable for the conversion there.

for my techmarine i just got a friends tau flamer, cut off the fuel thing(looks like a rectangle with little lines in it) and took a templar axe and cut off the blade. then just glue the rectangle to the haft and you have a wicked looking hammer. i just say the lines in it are vents or something for the power core:wacko:

You might try bits ordering a terminator thunder hammer. Even if there aren't any left-handed hammers, converting a plastic one might be slightly easier. If it doesn't look ornate enough, you could use greenstuff to make symbols, or even use icons from Forge World (if you have any.)
