I had originally had the female inquisitor with the bolter-stake crossbow and sword, but after i while,i got bored of her, but i also wanted a male miniture, so that the contrast between the sisters and the inquisition was even bigger. i Never planned to get this model, but while on a family trip to wales, I saw this model on the blister rack next to the assassin i was buying. I loved the pose immediately, plus, i had never seen or heard of the model before. My only worry was that he was a bit "space mariney", so i decided to greenstuff him a hat and a cloak. This was my first attempt at a cloak and its propabaly the biggest work ive done so far- the rest has been purity seals at the most! Im quite proud, though i still think his hat is the best part of him!
What do you guys think for my first attempt?

I can't really see the guy. you might want to read a guide about focus. Think we have one here on LO, altough not sure.

th gs work looks decent. looks smooth. i would suggest getting a different picture to see the detail better

No crap he looks "space mariney"! Its a space marine! Its a blood angel character I think, or at least a chaplain. If not, sorry I'm a little
I like the hat though. Very spanish of you. Needs a feather in it though, one you could get from lizardmen (i think).

Our camera isnt particularly good (its a bit outdated nowadays) and im sure that the flash is almost too bright- i have tried numerous ways of cutting down on the glare. Plus, i have such shakey hands, coupled with the odd micro function on the cam, that the pics are great.
Thanks for your comments- i was a bit worried that i was gonna fail miserably, but im very pleased with the way he turned out. i am now stuck on what colour to paint him however. My sisters are done in Midnoght blue with red cloth and i was thinking of doing him in black with red cloth, however, i think thats a bit boring. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Cheers- ill try that next time, if i can find a way to stop the flash- i covered it with my finger in the top pic, and the colour is better, but the Anti-red eye thing caused the model to go red. I do see what you mean about the sisters- they are in much better focus.
Ill try to get some more pics tomorrow.

i think your GS is pretty good, but i just dont know about a hat on a power armour model.
and just incase you were wondering the model is an Apothacary special character for blood angels.
I think the model's Called "Corbulo." Its slottabase tag says hes a Sanguinary priest (SP?). I havent ever heartd of him. cheers.
EDIT: I just finished painting him and i got some better pictures, which i posted in the painting section, as this link:
