I posted the WIP of my inquisitor on the conversion part of this site. Now, ive painted him up and i just wanted to see what you guys think. Please bear in mind that im not particluarly skilled, and that he is still WIP- i am goinjg to redo some of the highlights and add some script to his purity seals.

Nobody expects the spanish inquisition!
Nice work, the only things I can say from the photo are that the face seems to be short of detail. Your highlights are pretty good, but I'd try using more than 1 colour. Also, using blocks of colour for highlighting is ok.. but make sure you water it down before hand, that way is makes it's own tones and it seeps into the cracks and settles into edges.
If you use a very watered down Chaos black on that chainsword and his metal details it'll look at lot better too!
I'd also suggest using a light brown in the same way on his cape to bring out some tones, and then drybrush it with a skull white.
Overall though, good work for someone that isn't "particuarly skilled" a nice base will top this model off
Thank you for your comments! For his base, i normally just static grass them, but i was thinking that i would try to add snad and static grass, so it looked a little more realistic. Also, what shall i do about the face? I am rather poor at really fine detail, but do you think i should add a bit of shading under the hat, to represent the shadow cast by the brim?
