At Gamesday 2003, I saw a guy with a converted monolith that instead of a green orb, he had one of those electricity balls that makes your hair stick up. We've talked about it in chat, but has anyone posted it on the forums? Wondering if anybody else has any other ideas for monoliths. I've always wanted to put a skaven bell up there.
My friend put green lights in his. Looks SUPER cool.
i now a guy who put magnets an the bottom of his in a way that it would float
how would u do some of the conversions?
OmG that thing is AwesomE!! Whats that gun?
Type (Heavy one Ordinance - Special 5'' Radius Template)
A Promise to a dead man means nothing.
Dear god that is the Greatest! How much time/ money/parts did that thing take?
that's the cerebrus seige engine. the rules for it were in the back of a Mail Order Troll catalogue. the thing costs 1500 points and the main gun can only be used in a special scenario (breaking the cadian gate). it contains 6 land raiders, 1 hellhound, 1 chimera, 1 monolith, and a crapload of other parts. it is also armed with 2 demolisher cannons on the front and two twin-linked reaper autocannon mounts (yes i type that right). it can carry up to 60 powered armor marines (30 terminators) and carriers 3 full squads of obliterators on its deck (that makes nine). the whole kit cost about 500 dollars us.
Holy crap. How can it carry 60 marines? Can it carrir seperate squads? And can it fire both demolisher cannons?
