anyway the problem is im haveing trouble painting the white hood on my inquisitor he is the one archived in terminator armor on gw's site the armor is black and i want to hood to look like whit cloth how do i do it?
Try bestial brown over chaos black, then a fifty-fifty mix of bleached bone and bestial brown on top leaving bestial brown in the recesses and folds of the model, then do the same with a full bleached bone mix then highlight with skull white.

or, if you want somthing simpler. 10%black 90white mix(or some darkish other gray) then drybrush white on 3 times.

would skull white work in place of bleached bone?
I find that a basecoat of bleached bone, followed by a thinned wash of brown ink, then highlighting with bleached bone up to skull white works the best. Plain white with brown ink will; work, but looks too one- dimensional and chalky. Then amount of paint on the brush when you higthlight with white will determine how bright the white is. Good luck!
