Thats far too far away from a dread to be called anything but a proxy. Sorry.
With some extensive conversion, maybe. You'd have to remove the guy, cover the hatch. Give it arms. Give it way more armor, and just in general beef it up.

Yeah, that looks way to different to an actual dread to pass it off as one. But I have thought for a long time that sentinels could be converted relatively easily to look way beefier and cooler than the actual dreads.

You know what, it isn't as crazy as it sounds. If you were to use the model as a base, you could build up arms towards the back of the model for a standard dread with gun and DCCW, or build it up to have 2 Gunz. It would need a lotta work, but I reckon someone could pull it off.
Good Luck building it, that should be a pain to convert.
Attach arms from the penitence engine to the sides, and cover the cockpit. That should about do it.
