    Modeling Nurgle rot?

I'm breaking my head a bit on this one.

How do I model Nurgle rot? I can imagine modeling an exaust (which should spew out the fumes). But how? I don't have any spare melta's left. Neither do I have a funky Nurgle marine backpack.

I need both rot modelled on a normal 28 mm Chaos marine and Rot on my tank.

    Anyone got suggestions

If you have the plastic sprues... you can use them. Take a lighter and burn one edge of the sprue... when it is still melted touch it on the model and then take away so as the melted plastic leaves a plastic mark on the model...

It is easier to do that to say... I have heard it somewhere (I think in here) and I have tried it on Plague Marines and it looks totally cool!

Another way is to take Miliput or GS (but GS is costier!) and make some random mutations on the armor of the tanks and models... then you can use the back of a craft knife or the back of a pen or even the back of a brush to make marks on it...

    Something like these two:

Well, I used a soldering iron. Does pretty much the same thing.. just gets hotter.

So I made a few marks on the shoulder pads and stuff. But I mainly would like to have somekind of thing modelled on which looks like an exaust or something. I mean... just having some "holes" in the model does make it look more nurglesque but I'd always imagine the model need something different to portrait toxic fumes coming from him.

Then what you can do is make holes and take wires and plug them in... then with the right painting you will have the exhausts you want!

Chain + Slightly modified Ball of Green Stuff at the end = Rot Censer
