Heres a challenge for all you modellers out there! Provide me instructions, preferably with pictures, of how to model skitarii only using components that have already been released by Games workshop.

What are you asking? Are asking for us to post picts of tech priests and their servitors? This sounds like you don't have any idea and need help modeling one.
However this could make for a cool new contest later...

Well, first off, I'm not sure if you've tried this, or if your a newer member or not, but try the search before you post threads, there are a million useful articles here, trust me. This is a question that has been asked many times in different forms.
Also, if you simply try googling it, you will comeup with a lot of good threads and articles, trust me.
After doing the two above, and you still haven't gotten the help you need, then come back to us.
Glory to the Machine God!
-The God of all Machines
He means bits only, no sculpting, which is what many attempts have included.
If you think Mathammer doesn't work and dice cannot be predicted, there's a whole field of mathematics called probability that would like to disagree.
Hmm.....I recon I might be able to manage this challenge.....
Gimme a few days to gather all the bits together and I'll have a guide for yous
Dear All Concerned,
I think I could do this for you, although I cannot build it, I can tell you:
Brettonian Men at Arms Bodies:
Stormtroopers Arms cut from the bodies right after the elbow. (you have to cut them yourself)
and Elf Heads:
That should do it...
