This is my 2nd converted model, I actually just got him today, no green stuff used, its a tad hard to see his cool chest and head in the pictures, but he would look too cool leading my necrons for me to pass him up. I cut off the eldar rifle's magazine clip and attached it to the end, and took a spare green bar and put it in the magazine's place. Also, I was thinking of cutting him off from the metal rubble beneath his feet and attaching him to a destroyer body (the hovering part) and he would be my destroyer lord (got the idea while watching spiderman.. green goblin + hover thingy... yeah..) Sorry for ranting, here are a few pictures.
"Your tongues can't repel flavor of that magnitude!"
The pictures are rather fizzy or fuzzy. I think you idea about him being on a hover board like the Green goblin is a cool one and you should definetely do it. I suggset you make sure that you have done all you can to make him a Necron and not an Eldar.
The Flayed ones use evli claws and I would suggest getting a hold of a pair and replacing his hands with them. You could add them by cutting off his fingers and replacing them with the claws. Other things would include Scarabs on his base to show he is a Necron not an Eldar, those crystals are already a nice tough though. Don't forget them if you make him into Destroyer lord and change his base.
Breaking the link between one army and the other is the most important thing when moving one model from one army to another. Do also consider cutting little notches into his robes. This will make his clothes look like the rags Necrons like to wear. I know it may be too late for this as you have painted him now, but if you can give it a go.
