Alright, after playing around with the list i've come up with a decent looking force:
Chaplain with jumppack (120pts)
4 Free Death Company w/jumps + 3 purchased w/jumps = (125pts)
5 Assault Marines w/ Power Fist (165)
5 Assault Marines w/ Power Weapon (150)
5 Vet Assault Marines 2w/ Meltaguns (170)
10 Devs w/ 4 Missle Launchers (270)
With the Vets I now have a little more anti Tank. Including my Devastators.
Looking good. Very fast and CC oriented. Should work very well against most MEQ armies.
I can see a problem with staying power.
Any army that can swarm you and drag you down will cause problems (orks, nids)
Any shooty army that can get some decent rounds of shooting in against you will cuase problems (mobile Eldar, some Tau, IG with a bit of luck).
What DO you think about using Baal Predators? You can use them close to the opponent and the leap frog your assault marines.

I don't think he'll need Baals, with four assault squads. At least two of them are going to get into combat mostly intact.
It is a little small, but I think it will serve perfectly well at 1000 points. You'll have problems against 'Nids.

Yeah. Well. Versus Monster Nid' Armies my deathguard will have to preform perfectly. Versus Swarm armies let there be a dice god. I just want kinda want a fun to play Blood Angel Army.
