    500 point lists

Greetings all. I will start another league at the end of the month. The first four games are CoD Maximum Attrition. As the league goes on we get to play with more points. Here are 4 500 point lists I have come up with. Please give feed back.

    HQ Inquisitor Lord/psycannon
    2 HB servitor,1 Sage 135 pts.

Troops ISTX8 with 2 plasma gun 100 pts.
    ISTX9 with 2 plasma gun/rhino,EA 165 pts.

    Elite Eversor Assassin 95 pts.

    Total 495

    HQ BC 61 pts.

    Troops PAGK Justicar+7 225 pts.
    ISTX8 plasma gun 100 pts.

Heavy GK dread AssCannon/DCCW 110 pts.

    Total 496 pts.

    HQ Inquisitor Lord/BP,CCW
    2 HB servitors,1 Sage 107 pts

    Troops Justicat+9 275 pts.
    ISTX9 plasma gun 110 pts.

    Total 492 pts.

    HQ BC 61 pts.

    Troops Justicar+7 225 pts.
    Justicar+6 200 pts.

    Total 486 pts.

I'd drop the rhino for another sage and a plasma cannon servitor.

    HQ BC 61 pts.

    Troops Justicar+7 225 pts.
    Justicar+6 200 pts.
Why not take a psycannon on the BC you'll have to drop 1 GK but that shouldn't hurt your squads that much.

I see both of the other lists as fine.

Protectorate of Menoth: Grand Exemplar Kreoss

Dropping a GK or a few IST would give you a psycannon !!!

The reason I do not put a psycannon on my BC is because, I do not have a BC with a psycannon on the model. We play with WYSIWYG. If I want to go and do a bits order I could do that but thats more money to GW.

Lol... i dont think it matters what you do, its always more money to GW D:!!!!

For my GM or BC's I just bought the term with the psycannon and then swapped guns with my stern model.. but for my =][= I created one from a pintle mounted stormbolter and grenade launcher... it was a rather pain free conversion...

Hey hey, I know I'm a little late to the game on this thread, but I figured I'd throw in my 2 cents. The list above was my favorite of the ones posted. The plasma guns will be good for any power-armoured troops/light vehicles, and the AssCann can do double-duty between infantry suppression and vehicle hunting. Seems like a pretty good combo to me!

The two lists I like are the first and second. The reasons. The first list fields alot of troops. Which we all know we can not field at low point levels. The second list has a dread that can be helpful against either infantry or tanks. The last list I would say would come in last only because of the number of troops I could field. The upside would be that I can field that many many GK in a low point list. The third list is ok. I wanted to have numbers and striking power.

I like the Dread list as well. It seems to be the most versatile of the lists.

Since you do have the spare points in it, you could give the Dread smoke and your BC a Targeter (I find it helpful to know how far away stuff is from me).
