This my new 1500pt army list that a staff member at my local GW helped to make what do you think.

W/Fear of Darkness (all enermy units in 12" take leadership at -2 the leadership) ,Veil of Time (Reroll all to hit, to wound and armour and inv saves (Awesome POWER)), Terminator Armour, Storm Bolter (Joins Terminators)

W/Full servo harness, Scion of Mar(Trait +1 wound and makes him HQ)
W/Assault cannon, Power Claw, Heavy Flamer, Venerable (reroll dice of the Damage Chart), Smoke Launcher
W/Assault cannon, 2xChainfists

As for the list. Well personally, I wouldn't have the termies in 1500 points (Unless it was maybe a tourney list) Instead, I think that you should use the points to add more marines.
A 5 man assault probably isn't going to do that much and will die fairly quickly, and so could do with the extra men.
With the Tactical squads, unless you plan on keeping them static all the time, I wouldn't take heavy weapons in them. This makes them more free to move about the table without penalty in my opinion.
Also, I think you should be thinking about at least 8 man tactical squads, as more often than not these will be the blokes taking the objectives, and they need to have the wounds so that they can take enough punishment and yet still be able to stay above half strength so that they can claim those objectives.
Also, unless you are dead set on having the tech marine, I would say drop him in favour of a jump pack using chaplain to go with your assault marines. This will make them dish out a lot more wounds in combat.
Though these are just my opinions, I've not played with SM for a while now, but I'm sure some more of the members will gives you some more advice.

i dont think you have enough anti tank to take on a major tank army and i reccomend haveing at least one tank also id rather have articifer armor and terminator honors instead of terminator armor and the storm bolter
