I would like help with my Blood Angels army list any advice would be very usefull
Chaplian with jump pack - 120pts
Terminator squad: 5 terminators 1 assault cannon - 230pts
Veteran assault squad: 5 marines 3 lightning claws, 3 combat shields, 2 flamers - 265pts
Death company: 5 marines - 0pts
Assault squad: 10 marines vs has power fist - 275pts
Tactical squad: ten marines 1 plasma gun, 1 missile launcher - 215pts FAST ATTACK
Bike squadron: 3 marines - 110pts
Devastator squad: 10 marines 1lascannon, 1missile launcher, 1heavybolter,1 multimelta - 275 pts
Thanks for the advice. Do you think the terminators are a good option as i cannot take teleport hommers at all and they take up allot of points?
I personally don't use terminators. Especially in a BA list, they will have a hard time keeping up with the assault squads and don't shoot well (only 1 assault cannon with 24 inch range)
I run as many assault squads as I can and some devastator squads (split into combat squads usually) The Devs stay back and kill stuff and draw fire, the assault troops try to make their way into assault range.
I would agree to upgrading your chaplain to lem. for 5 points you get one heck of a boost
Never underestimate your death company, they are the best marine unit in the game for their point cost!!!! the last game i played an 8 man squad destroyed two land raiders!!! give them jump packs and set them loose
Sync your heavy weapons, 2 ml, 2 hb, i find that 4 ml is the best way to go as they can target infantry and tanks.
Lose the bike squad and add 2 attack bikes w/ mm as they are awesome for tyeing up weak units in combat just like normal bikes but are exceptional at hunting tanks.
look into a rhino for your tac squads as it increases the survivability of your assaulting squad and can be used as mobile terrain. Then let the other squad sit back and support with the Dev squad.
I would honestly drop the terminator squad and add more assault marines!
With the devs, 1/2 of the tac and the attack bikes for support your army should advance with minimal trouble!
