Here are the 2 things I don't care for...

    1) lack of mobility. You have a significant percentage of your points wrapped up into squads that cannot move and shoot. Sure, they are deadly, but a squad can only see so much without moving first.

    2) Lascannons on Devastators are so horribly expensive they are not even close to being worth it. Just how much armor do you expect to be facing at this point level? I would say go with ML instead, since with Tank Hunters they are still str-9, and the point savings will allow you to beef up your tactical squads.

Add a bolt pistol, maybe from frags.
    Elites-

Tank hunters are useless against nids. Remove the Hunters, and a lascannon per squad.
To save points, and get more wounds protecting those expensive lascannons

    Dreadnought, Extra Armor
Maybe a flamer, since his got lots of bugs comming at you, but this dreadnought will die pretty quickly once he is shot. So keep him in behind cover, as a counter charge unit.

    Fast Attack-

Yeah, I guess this works. More marines perhaps.

    Heavy Support-
    Vindicator
This is useless against nids, the big ones are a small target, while the small ones aren't worth being shot at. Try a whirlwind or a second destructor

Predator Destructor, Side Sponse Heavy Bolters
    Interesting choice

Devastator Squad- 6 Marines, 4 Heavy Bolters
This squad is kinda week. Not a fan of HB devs. Use rocket launchers instead.

    Four Config-1750pts.
