1. use Holy relic for hidden attacks when outnumbered.
2. grey knight terminators hold the middle of the map which should have a peice of terrain there.
3. death-cult assasins flank and jump out on unsuspecting units
4. Callidus deployed to assassinate enemy units which may be a great threat to friendly units
5. inquisitor stays at storm troopers hand to add greater fire power and counters to assault
6. Grey knight dreadnaught and grey knight squad aid the efforts of the assault
7. throught use cover alot because of expensive units and iniatives which arent the best

Your Inquisitor somehow looks strange, I guess you spent your remaining points into him?
Why a CCW if you use Word of the Emperor and is attached (or at least near) to the Stormtroopers who should not get into close combat anyway.
Bolt Pistol same...
Take either 2 Plasma Guns or 2 Meltas with the Stormtroopers. Different ranges and weapon types in one squad is not that great.
2 Plasma Guns on Stormtroopers
Add a Stormtrooper (+##pt)
A Stormbolter instead of Bolt Pistol, Bolter, CCW, Krak Grenades (+5pt)
A TLLC & ML on the Dread (+5pt, as far as I know)
A Psycannon on the Grandmaster and one on the Retinue (+##pt) [You said they hold the middle of the map so I assumed they don't go into assault all the time]
Loose the 2 Death-Cult Assassins (-##pt) [I know they are fluffy and I like them too. But I don't think they will be THAT helpfull with only 2 of 'em and only 1 GK assault team]
For the Inquisitor, it seems to be a waste of points to have him that way. (or mine)
I would use the Inquisitor in the GK squad with an additional Incinerator. (+##pt)

attached to the GKPA squad moving with the Land Raider Crusader.
If you still want 2 DC Assassins, you could loose 2 GKs and 3 Stormtroopers (which makes 7 Stormtroopers in the squad which should be ok)
and holding the middle of the map was the idea ... vs tyranids lol should of mentioned that, basically use the crusader and assault in a general game instead.
ok the reason i choose death cult assassins was because they would benefit enormously from the hly relic giving them 5 attacks on the charge hopefully they will be able to hide behind the crusader as it pops at any people with meltaguns getting to close.
and also i do want a pyscannon on the grandmaster but would he be too expensive?
and the dreadnaught... well i reli want that strength 10 arm so maybe the lascanon will be of use but probably a missile launcher isnt the way forward.
and with the strom troopers i wanted a mix because i knew that if i got out the chimera and wouldnt be able to move giving the plasma gun a chance, and then push forward with the meltagun, yes i will get a plasmagun i think.
i like the inquisitor with incinerator idea but do i need more additional points put into my storm troopers to make them able to do there thing or are they fine?
Well, if you have an assault-heavy army the Relic pays off, yes.
Just the Inquisitor was a little strange/senseless, so I think (if it is legal how I would use him (with Incinerator in the GK squad)) that way you can benefit much more from him.
Of course, in assault heavy lists DC assassins rock if you take care of them
ok well i think a pyscannon is good but if im moving its only range 18 i dunno ill think about it seen as i only have 2 special gk incinerators atm which seems a waste...

and yes this list is a bit of something like fluff but i thought i could get away with putting it into a tournament list.
and yes i do have a land raider although said it loooks good on paper but doesnt perform infact im no where as keen as i once was on land raiders as in my last 1500 doubles tournament it proved to be a complete utter embarassment, died from a god damn power fist from biker, did one wound against the nid team and died from rending lol, and the other game well it was escelation and there was some confusion of seeing of some terrain so it just sat there lol.
how do i stop my land raider from dieing from petty things when i roll like crap for it?
and yeah i borrowed a crusader once vs space wolves and i shot like all those bolters from my hurricane, storm bolter, assault cannon and even some storm bolters from grey knights which got out and a death watch team and failed miserably killing 3 or 4
