It's better to reign in hell than to serve in heaven
Mostly a pretty solid list, though I think your massive investment into your GKTs is hampering your list overly much. Drop a couple of those guys and get your ISTs a transport, if not a few more bodies there and/or in your GK squads. (You can never have enough GKs, though 8 is admittedly a fine size.) At 1500 pts, I would also prefer melta guns to the plasma. Your GKs can sweep up infantry easily enough what you need is to maximize your anti-armour capabilities.
To that end, I would also encourage you to replace the DCCW on your dread with a ML, giving you two focused heavy weapons/anti-armour platforms. The problem with mixing the TLLC with the DCCW is that you will always be underutilizing some part of your machine. If you're at distance making maximum use of the TLLC, the DCCW is going to waste. If you're on the approach to help out in an assault, the TLLC is a miserable weapon for the task when compared to the assault cannon.
Admittedly, this calculus can change if the rumoured 5th edition rules set takes effect, wherein a dread can only fire one weapon while on the move. What a bummer that would be!
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.

thanks for the input! To be honest I'm surprised I didnt get yelled at about the massive GKT squad! haha But admittedly they are a very brutal CC unit. But I think if I drop one of the GKT's in favor of building up the IST's, give them Meltas instead of Plasma and maybe giving them a rhino, it would be a fair trade off. I think I'm defiantly going to keep the psychic hood tho, just because I play against alot of Chaos, Tyranid (warp blast!) and Eldar players and it came in handy when Arhamen couldn't get a psychic attack through for a whole game!
Now in this list what do you think the best use for the Assassins would be? I'm noticing that they tend to require some finesse in order to work properly. I've tried running out to kill something 1st turn and hiding them in with the GK's and springing them out at people and scaring them with the prospect of 10 attacks on the charge from 1 model!

Hey, new to the boards here.
I'm using a very similar list, and ran into a great tactica on using the eversor/ DCA combo. Hope it's ok if i link externally... TACTICA: Death-Cult Assassins
