Here my anti tank force (and if you mock your nuts it took down 4 Baneblades in a Baneblade challenge where when you kill one it comes back next turn and i could of taken another but had to stop other pps wonted a go). Wanted to know if you had any ideas on improving it.

Snipers (only have sniper scouts)
Land Raider Crusader 265 (only got a crusader)

The battle was on very clear ground with some hills a a few clumps of trees
The scout infiltrate to the side of the tanks and move closer will still in cover to get the teleporter in range. The bikes terbo down the over side and the assaults and the termys deep strike where the needed. the missile squad start being static and so do the Dev's The big unit of marines marches forward to get the melta in range and the dred is behind them with cover fire.
The land raider is a big juicy target that drives in with assault cannon and multi-melta blazing. it soaked up a bit of damage before cooking off meaning the scouts bikes and ect did,nt get mashed in. ______ the master has claws because he was the only jump pack guy i had and he looks uber8X
Won the Challange (i kicked Baneblade butt)
What do you think i can add to it and can you think of any other tactics TY

Sorry buddy, cannot see your pictures, you need to host them on the internet before you put them in the [img] tags. Try Photobucket, Putfile, or ImageShack. They seem to be popular and work the best.
Not my kind of list, but seems like it'll do the job against the Baneblade challenge like you stated.
Also, this should be in the army list section.

Yeah, you'll need to host those images first. Also, post your Marine lists in the Space Marine army list section.
first off what photos and what you talking about host and secound i thought it was in the space marine army list section where is it and how do I put it in the space section
You're army can kill tanks... and little else.
First things first, Ultramarines can't take tank hunters on our tac squads. Nor can we have 2 assault weapons. I know you are taking traits, but traits mean you aren't really the Ultramarines. Might be a bit nitpicky, but I like to stick to fluff.
Second You're termis don't really need tank hunter.
Third, squads of 5 are never good on anything except termis. I'd say drop the razor back and maybe even the scouts to beef you're tac squad and assault squad to ten (And maybe the devs if you have 45 left overs). If you drop the scouts, give the homer to your master.
Fourth, multi melta is a terrible dev weapon, especially since the rest of those weapons are 48. I'd say change it, and the las cannon, for a missile launcher. Then give the tac squad the lascannon.
Your LRC is wasted in this list. Its not transporting you're assault units up, its just soaking damage and probably dieing quickly. I'd say drop it in favor for yet another tac squad. And use up the extra few points for wargear in other areas.
