    I like the way you are choosing extra squads over land raiders, every squad extra adds to the survivability of a deathwing army. I do think that you may struggle slightly with destroying vehicles because you are relying on your plasma cannons, single cyclone and chainfists (as well as Assault Cannons of course). I would consider making one of your venerable dreads a shooter with lascannon and missile launcher both to add anti tank firepower and if an army is shooting oriented they will focus on the dread giving time for the chainfists to close with the enemy.

    I'd tend to agree with the torpedo about your anti-tank capabilities. Sticking a bit more on your dreads to counter that or maybe bring in a devestator squad (fluff-wise could be inducted into the deathwing because of a fight with the fallen, where the options are to either be inducted into the deathwing or to be... dissapeared (read Angels of Darkness, where they do this )) instead of one of the dreads. This will mean less reliance on your termie squads to commit to get close to the enemy armor and chainfist it up, without losing any of your squads.
