You look like you're using the old Blood Angels Codex. Quite sadly Moriar isn't a choice anymore.
Honor Guard in the new BA dex don't count as a retinue. They are simply a HQ choice that doesn't take up a Chart spot. And I'm not sure how you equipped them.
Mephiston from my experience gets a lot of dirty looks if he touches the field =/ Even though Fifth has toned him down a bit with the Feel no pain and Force Weapon changes. (Still one of my favorite characters fluff wise though)
Rhinos and Jump Packs are no longer free for Death Company. Though I've always been a fan of them in Jump Packs over Rhinos any day of the week myself. They are also generated differently and may cost points depending on what you choose to do with them.
I would suggest hopping over to the GW website and downloading the PDF codex for Blood Angels. You can find it in the FAQ here: Games Workshop
It's also really hard to judge anything because you don't tell what any of your units have in the way of wargear. Wargear is important to know for marine lists.
My suggestion for your bike squad would just be three Attack Bikes. Probably with Multi Meltas as I can't tell if you have any anti tank.

Ok thanks, il post the 1500 point list with all the wargear and what have you later on,
shame about moriar i liked him, do you think it would be ok if i still used the character but without some of the special rules. (so toned down but with like the death co. rules)
With Memphiston im not to bothered with what people say lol, i think he probably the toughest marine in the game baring a few other specials
Rightio heres the new and improved campaign list (from the new codex)
Honour Guard- (6 marines)+2 plasma pistols+2 power weapons+ power fist+apothecary+melta gun
Moriar the chosen (just an ordinary furiso with D6 attacks on a charge)
Ranodm no. of Death co. (on foot, havent wrked out new points value for army so if ive got enough il add a rhino)
Dreadnaught-assault cannon and fist
3 bikes-melta gun
1 attack bike- multimelta
Tac 1- lascannon/hvy bolter
Tac 2- lascannon/multi melta
Assaults- Pwr fist/combat shield/melta grenades (all have 10 men, il probably split them into combat squads)
Im going against an eldar player, but i trounced him with my armoured company before so i roughly know what he has.(dark reapers, 40+guardians, squad of avengers, fire prism, avatar, farseer and seers, and a falcon) any tips would be apreciated thanks.
With your normal DC you will only generate 3-4 with your current setup and have to pay points for any more (Im not sure if Honour guard generate a DC). As stated JP's or a rhino/DP will cost you now.
I dont believe you can take 2 heavy weapons in tac squads either so thats probly illegal too.
Are your honour guard going to have JP's? Mephiston does have a power which allows him to move as a JP model and I think it would be handy, obviously this will cost more points aswell however.
The codex is not very clear on the heavy weapons, ah well il just stick with the two lascannons as i need some long range anti armour.
Yeah the honour guard do give me an extra death co dude so il have four, il pay for an extra two so il have six, and the 50 points for a rhazorback,
I think il stick with the foot honour guard
ok thanks for that
Heavy Weapons in Tactical Squads work as follows. If and only if you bring the squad up to 10 models strong. Then you may take -one- heavy weapon upgrade per tactical squad. I'd honestly suggest missile launchers here. As the Str 8 is decent for tank hunting. (and you have the bikes for the real heavy armor) And they can double as the never missing troop killing frag missles too.
I suggest missles because you have a fair amount of anti tank in the form of meltas and actually have very little in the way of ranged anti-infantry. Baal Preds are amazing for this. But I tend to like to be able to soften up the enemy before my Assault troops get there. >> Just a personal preference though.
I'd be careful on over upgrading the Honor Guard too much, especially since there is only five and they die just as easily as any normal marine. Though as said above I'd suggest giving them jump packs. Mephiston has wings of Sanguinius. Which allows him to move as jump infantry. Footslogging it, even running, will take him and honor guard much too long to see combat. And you want him in combat ASAP where his points are put to use.
Can't really comment on the use of the bike squad though. I've never used them as assault troopers. I hate the models =/ and they don't generate Death Company. Though I can say the attack bikes have always been welcome.
As for Moriar, there are now specific rules, and a Death Company upgrade for Furioso Dreads which give D3 extra attacks but you have to pay for it. It's also an elites choice.
The Death Company can also only choose to take Jump Packs, or a Rhino. Razorbacks are only available to certain squads as transports. Squads. Remember as well, if you don't have Corbulo or a Chaplain within range of the DC they have to move as fast as possible towards the closest enemy unit. So be careful with that.

il go back to the missle launchers, il use dantes honour guard for this game they've got pretty much the same stuff.
To be honest im not to worried about the death co. my oponnent always has his eldar guardians as near to me as possible so the dc will chew them up.
Thanks for your help
