Okay. Your gonna have to explain this.
And if you could, perhaps add a bit more detail if it ain't too much trouble.
And I'd recommend picking an extra doctrine. You may as well, no point only ever picking 4 when you can add a free one that, despite not needing, could come in handy sometime.
Or even Iron Discipline or something. 5 pts per officer. You have a good 27 pts spare. You might as well spend them.
I can see a few things I'm going to comment on but I don't want to jump to conclusions.
"I have dug my grave in this place and I will either triumph or I will die!" Reclusiarch Grimaldus
"Those I cannot crush with words I will crush with the Tanks of the Imperial Guard!" Lord Solar Macharius
"Hear Me Inquisitor Ordinary. Obey me. I am of the Malleus!" Inquisitor Jaq Draco
well, at first wrote a whole bunch; but yeah, without detailing what doctrines went on what (aside from carapace armor which had to have gone on everything), it's really hard trying to determine what the goal of the list is in tactic-wise.
shooting-wise, it lacks enough firepower to enemy units before they reach the lines; the 2 leman russes being the only threatening targets on the board, will get bombarded off the bat.
melee-wise, aside from some extra armor and WS, most of the squads have nothing going for them to win the assault.
one thing though, ran across this with my latest all-infantry (and a couple sentinels) list; but veteran sgts in your line squads combined close order drill, will give you better and cheaper results than a comm system ever will. (you can still keep the models with radios for looks and fluff purposes, just list-wise they cound as not havingthem)
edit: started before but finished after your reply.
iron discipline and die-hards (though both being awesome for fluff) their special rules no longer apply with 5th ed'srules being out and are just a bit of a waste of points.
same notes on the comm system, with so few squads; it's easier just to use vet sgts (close order drill's +1Ld only applies when the squad uses it's own leadership value instead of borrowing an officers), plus you'll save points from that mastervox.
an officer's 9Ld on the radio is the same as a vet sgt's 8Ld +1Ld from close order drill.
12 points for those 2 squads versus the 40 points you're paying now.
an HQ command squad's only real benefit (for an army using close order drill) is the company standard's reroll ability.
on another note, doctrines. giving each squad everything is making them way too costly; causing you to be severely lacking in the number of guardsmen needed for sacrafice in order to accomplish missions.
sharpshooters isn't really worth it for infantry squads, and is best saved just for heavy weapon squads. while infantry squads by themselves usually can't put up much of a fight anyways to bother with hardened fighters.
for the leman russes, give them extra armor and smoke launchers; once a naked russ gets stunned, it's effectively out of the game for a turn anyways, but with those upgrades, you can at least still move out of the line of fire, or be crazy and try to ram/run the enemy.
for the stormtroopers, i'd drop the flamer and either go with another grenade launcher, or 2 plasma guns (the better BS will help them make more use out of them). it's because of the BS4 that you want to make the most of it and try to keep them out of range (ie enemy charge range) for as long as possible (since you're infantry squads are effectively better in melee than the stormtroopers anyways, with close order drill/hardened fighters/carapace armor).
just a small note. If you read the first page of the doctrine section of the codex you will see alist of troop types that are restricted. So the 5th doctrine would have to be the to unlock the storm trooper squad leaving no additional doctrine points. Just tought i shold let you know.
