as I'm not exactly sure how you're planning on using your GK's (teleport or footslog), I'd recommend either going with vanilla GK's and getting another body, and using them as counter-charge, or going with 2 of the same weapon (incinerator if you're going to drive and dump, psycannon if you're going to use them as long range fire). I would also recommend dropping the Scourging from the BC, he doesn't need it, use the points elsewhere.
The SoB side looks pretty good to me. I usually use Serpahim for anti-tank, and SoB's for anti-troop though. The twin-linking on inferno pistols will kill much more reliably. it's happened all too often to me that one SoB misses with the melta, and the other one only shakes the vehicle I needed to destroy. Serpahim rolling twice to penetrate usually get the job done. If not, they can charge with the Evisc, and finish what they started.
The Hflamer/flamer SoB with 8 bolters will tear up infantry. including Heavy Inf. when Divine guidanced. it's so good. it's also comforting to see the Plague Marines not able to feel no pain from AP1 bolter fire.
I like the list for the most part, it looks like it would be fun to play.
My idea was to mount the hero and the squad in the landraider and send them after far objective. the retributor and a sister squad would protect a near objective the rest zoom around causing havoc.
I will look into changing the seraphim to a tank killer squad. I'd like to get another squad maybe shaves some points and make 2 tank killer seraphim squads
the retributors shouldnt need an immolator, or are you planning on jumping them out first turn and letting them shoot before the immolator moves?
i find its better to just let them sit in a building and shoot all game
The Immolator isn't needed except for consistancy in everything has a 12 inch move. they are almost never started in it. I do like the twin linked HB with Blessed ammunition(no cover save) but if I do drop something the Immolator would be it.
You can take a shooty inquisitor squad to unlock the LR. They don't have to ride in it and it can pop tanks for you(though I did this before they rededicated it). Also, hammer of the witches is amazing in 5th edition (there are more psykers running around now than ever!), seriously its probably the best psychic power available to us. For merely 1% of your total points you can pretty much gimp any army that has a psyker. Think of all the armies that rely on them CSM, Daemons, Eldar, Tyranids, GK(It kills the justicars and BCs in every squad), SM armies with librarians, Orks with warpheads.
I would get rid of the immolator. They are pretty much a waste of points.
I would have more Heavy Flamer and Flamer squads than melta squads. They are very versatile, as divine guidance makes them effective against all infantry.
Get rid of scourging on your Brother Captain and give him a psycannon instead. It's barely any more points and much better.
Keep you GK squad vanilla. A squad of 7 (including justicar) is 200 points and it quite good at both shooting and assault. You can also sit them on an objective and they are fairly hard to remove with fearless and needing to roll to see them.
I haven't got my books with me but - why not just buy the LR with the Brother Captain? No need for the (invalid) HS slot.
The GK squad may be a little soft in combat - it's lost two of it's NFWs to special weapons and it won't get as much use out of them as you may expect. One would be better on the BC (if it's the psycannon you won't need the scourging on him either).
Keep in mind that if you want to assault into cover your GK don't have frags (and you've not got a crusader)
You can't buy a LR for the BC, the only thing you can buy the LR for is an inquisitor or inquisitor lord.
