Librarian in Terminator Armour
(5 man) Terminator Squad
Cyclone Missile Launcher (yeah baby!)
(5 man) Scout Squad
Sniper Rifles, Teleport Homer and Heavy Bolter
10 man Tactical Squad
10 man Tactical Squad
(5 man) Vanguard Veteran Squad
Lightning Claw Sergeant + 2 x LC's or a single TH, not sure
Jump Packs on each model
2 Melta Bombs
10 man Assault Marine Squad
Sarge with Melta Bomb
10 man Devastator Squad
4 Missile Launchers
Alternatively, I might swap out the Vanguard Squad for TWO Land Speeders with Multimeltas and a Predator Annhilator.
OR I might change the Normal terminators into assault with LC's and switch the librarian with a chaplain
The idea is that my entire list is uber fast. Deepstriking vanguard squad takes out artillery and tanks and to disrupt enemy shooting, assault marines assault weak spots in the enemy lines and seize objectives, tac squads will seize and hold objectives hard and rain down plasma death on enemy power armour. The whirlwind is there for tactical purposes, pinning enemy squads to delay assaults or deny shooting via pinning. The shooting terminators are there to deal some death vs. howling banshees and the like, as well as to provide fire support. The dev squad is there to lay down heavy fire vs. enemy tanks or mobs.
Scouts are there to kill MC's - which is why I want the heavy bolter.

Is anyone going to help? Or is this thread doomed to oblivion in the fires of the Warp?
I wasnt sure about the scouts having snipers at first(wrote a paragraph about it but deleted it), but now i can see their use. they just sit close to the enemy and do what snipers do while waiting for the elites to drop in.. i like it.
I kinda like 2 LC more than a thunder hammer. Kills more basic troops and has more attacks. However for the role of tank killer a thunder hammer is the hands down choice.
A chaplain with the assault terminators would be cool, Not sure how great your current terminators will do. If you have them, id take 2 thunderhammers in his unit(the inv will help if you deep strike them)
I like everything else in the list. Tac squads are solid, and the dev is good too. What will you be combat squading?
Thanks Nox for the comments,
Btw, I might be combat squadding - or iI might not. Im just not sure. I guess I'll have to in KP missions.
As the Imperium can attest, old is best!
(lol, nice rhyme)
I dont think the new options are really that useful, save for vangards which I have included in this list.
Think he was refering to all the new special characters? Could add some back story to your force.
As for the combat squads, think your tac squds could use it, then you make use of the heavy weapons while still keeping pressure on the enemy with the other 5 man.
What powers are you planning for your librarian?
Does look like its leaning more towards an assault list.
Lol, I wanted a balanced force at first and look what its become!
Yeah, my libby will probably get the nasty Vortex of Doom and Quickening. Just to get a chance at instakilling MC's and the like - complements the PF really well.
Was considering Kayvan Shrike for the Fleet rule.
Is this list shooty enough? I mean, can I dish out enough firepower to take down a Nid horde?
After reading the Tactica forums, im feeling that this army is severely limited in its ability to exceute tactics.
So tactics suggestions anyone? And is 9 templates enough?
Ya your list may benefit from dropping the vanguard in favor of another tac with flamer missile launcher. This will give you another scoring(or 2) unit and some needed hoard killing power. Vanguard are costly(good but costly) and only have one wound for all those points... So drop the 5 in favor of 10 tac marines. In a rhino if there points.
