Tournament wise, normal chappies with jump packs are better off being counted as lemartes. more wounds and the death mask ability.

    5x Death Company
    Jump Pack

    fine

    5x Assault Squad
    -Power Fist
    -3x Plasma Pistol

since plasma has recently shot up in pts and now is only assault 1 so you can't double tap, the pistols are not worth their points. you'll be in assault most of the time so at most you'll get one shot, not worth 15 pts. and you have 230 pts shoved into 5 marines, more expensive than terminators. take out the pistols and bring it up to ten models.

    5x Assault Squad
    -Power Weapon
    -3x Plasma Pistol
    -Melta Bombs

same as above but you may want another powerfist. and you have enough anti tank so kick the melta bombs.

    5x Assault Squad
    -Power Weapon
    -3x Plasma Pistol
    -Melta Bombs

same as above. you could kick this whole squad for the points you need above.

    10x Tactical Squad
    -Meltagun
    -Missle Launcher
    Razorback

razorbacks are fine but remember that they don't have overcharged engines. you can trade them in for rhinos and get 30 pts back, but its a choice between heavy bolter and speed.

    Land Speeder
    -Multi-Melta

landspeeders are no where near as useful as attack bikes right now. a land speeder suffers from the effects of the vehicle damage chart while the bike doesn't and it can still have the multi melta. the bike also moves as fast as the speeder and can gets the same invulnerable save of 4+. trade in the speeders for attack bikes, you save a total of 45 pts.

the only issue i saw with your force was too many shiny upgrades, not enough bodies. you may also want to consider that since you have so many troops, you could kick some to get a veteran assault squad for extra close combat assistance you only have basic assault marines and some DC. another idea is to throw in a furioso dreadnought in a drop pod. this beast can really cause some damage when close enough, especially if its a death company dread. rewrite the list and i'll take a look at it again.

I guess i should explain myself on some of my choices here.

    Chaplain w/ jump pack
I forgot about lemartes so this will be changed.

    Death Company
Cheap and effective, wont draw to much fire power

    Assault Squads (all of them)
Almost everyone takes a MEQ army where I play. They also lay the smack down on the terminators everyone has because of the black reach set.
The melta bombs were a point filler.

    Tactical Squads
They are a solid choice for any Marine army. I chose Razorbacks because i can not stand having a 10 man with a heavy weapon that cant shoot. Ive play this list quite a few times and not once have i regreted my choice for razorbacks, this part wont change.

    Land Speeders
They are only hit on 6's in close combat, can fly over intervening terrain; where as, a bike can do neither of those.

Ill write a new list when I have a little more time.

drednoughts in drop pods are awsome, if you fit one in some how i think it will make your army list better.
