Okay, here's my first attempt with the new SM codex. I'm hoping to build this as a renegade Iron Hands chapter, hence the techpriests and fancy equipment (and the bionics which will have to be modeled on everything!)
I'm new to marines, so I'm hoping to get some c/c's about it - be as brutal as you like. fluffiness and competitiveness are both important factors to me!
HQ: Master of the Forge 
- Conversion Beamer
Fast Attack 1: Attack Bike 
Fast Attack 2: same 
Troop 1: 10-man Tac Squad 
- 1 Sarge w/ plasma pistol and power weapon
- 7 Marines w/ bolters
- 1 Marine w/ plasma gun
- 1 Marine w/ plasma cannon
Troop 2: same 
Troop 3: same 
Heavy: Thunderfire cannon 
Tyranids: 2500 pts
Imperial Guard: 1000 pts
Witch Hunters: 1000 pts
HQ: Which unit will he join? The bike will help you keep the conversion beamer at the best range but he can then be killed by a single krak missile. And expensive loss.
Fast: Both good. Single bikes are nice and flexible but bad for kill points. Still, it's a trade off.
Troops: Drop the palsma pistols (possibly for combi plasmas). Get at least one lascannon just in case the attack bikes die early.
Heavy: A bit vulnerable and with points saved from above you could upgrade it to a vindicator or 2-3 attack bikes.
