Personally, I like List #2 more, but with a few changes...

Turn the Attack Bikes into 2 Land Speeder Tornadoes with H. Bolter and Assault Cannon

Get rid of the Assault Termie Squad and get Predator Annihilator with Lascannon on the sponsons

Put your Tactical Squads in the Pods

Go with one HQ Termie and attach him with your Termie squad that you have left and pod them.

That should get you going in the right direction! One more thing, if you're going to assault your Tactical squads make sure they have frag grenades.

The reason why I don't like List #1 is because you don't have tactical Marines in there to do the dirty work. Another thing I don't like is a lot of Dreadnaughts, they get popped too easily. When you're coming out of pods you have to get the first shots, that's the advantage of a pod list. Plus, I don't think the Scouts that snipe are all that great, but that's my opinion.

k list 2 is more plausible so that is the one i will likely go with only problem with making those changes is im only really looking to spend about 40-50$ and i don't have the drop pods yet so that would be a bit expensive

I love list two, its similar to my salamander list.

Having your squads in rhinos is cool, although if you want anti-infantry convert some to razorbacks and turn all the attack bikes into multimeltas...that way you specialise but still have some anti-infantry potential. If you do not want to change the rhinos, maybe find a way to add land speeders in exchange for a terminator squad for 3 landspeeder tornado with duel heavy bolters...that way you get 18 strength 5 ap 4 shots that decimate all but space marine infantry by default or you could go for the heavy flamers.

If you go down that path i would drop the assualt terminators, just becuase they do not have shooting mobility which is crucial . Although if you have them with TH|SS go ahead as i think they are the bomb and can soak up INFINUS amount of firepower and they look so good...and instil fear...especially in a landraider (in my opinion a landraider crusader transporting these guys is deadly and distracting but takes up two thirds of your list and would not be a good way to go.

All in all reduce you termi squads to one and then fill up your firepower through landspeeders...you might even want to reduce the amount of rhinos you have if you need to spend more. Reduce you HQ choice to one...chaplain if take the Assualt terminators...librarian if you take the shooty terminators. That way you have spent <300 on elites and HQ, meaning you will be filling out the rest of your list with MORE units with greater fire power output.

Personally a deepstriking firesupport unit with a librarian with gate is fun. Or a thunderous assult of termies with a chaplain if you feel your lacking in assult. If take more landspeeders, i would take the Assualt termeis.

A lot of people will probably disagree with me but I like list one. It's mean and has the possibility of overwhelming the enemy on turn 1. If those dreads can make it to melee they'll be unstopable in some armies. Few forces have units that can effectively take the ironclad in melee (baring Monstrous Creatures.) Beware Tyranids, Deamons, and Deamon prince lead Chaos Marines. These will give you great problems. If you do face them, sniper their big guys on the first turn to soften them up enough to give the dreads a chance.
