This is the 1,500 point imperial fists army that I plan make. I dontplay in tournament so it doesnt have to be a competitive list.
5 Assault terminators w/ thunder hammers & storm shields 200
10 marines w/ flamer, heavy bolter and powerfist 195
10 marines w/ flamer, missile launcher and powerfist 195
10 marines w/ meltagun, Lascannon and powerfist 210
5 assault marines w/ thunder hammer 130
Thunderfire cannon 100
5 devastators w/ 4 plasma cannons
So I what do you think and what would u spend the extra 15 points on?
all comments are welcome, thanks in advance

I'd say drop the Thunderfire Gun and buy a Vindicator for the points. Those guns are just way way way way way (you get it) too easy to kill. Also, take advantage of Lysander's Bolter Drill and give him regular Terminators with SB. Otherwise looks pretty good for 1500 points.

I personally think that a vindicator is a bad choice, unless you really enjoy playing with it. The fact is, the cannon has about a 30 degree fire arc, and is the only useful weapon on the thing, meaning that a weapon being destroyed or an immobilization ruins all of those points. Also, the range is incredibly short unless you plan on city-fighting. I would agree that a unit of terminators with storm bolters or, perhaps, some stern-guard veterans would be a good choice, because Lysander's bolter drill is just too good to miss.
You then have to ask yourself with your thunderfire cannon "Do I need this, or is there something I would rather have?" Something like a few bikers, or some more space marines to increase your overall toughness. Of course, a thunderfire cannon can be extremely fun, and there is an added benefit of having a techmarine who can go repair your transports, or if you keep it, vindicator, if the cannon is destroyed. Other than that, I like the list.
You have a very solid center, which all marine armies should have.
That said, your assault marines are a dead unit. No one is ever going to let that unit near them. They will die every time.
What is your plan with assault termies? Are they going to be deep striking or slogging? Either way they will be taking a lot of fire power too. Which isn't a bad thing. You could screen em with other units and run a moving wall of marines at the enemy.
For tactics though I'd stick with a counter assault army. that's what you have. Good shooting with good close combat. you'll decimate enemy Close Combat armies. You'll have a bit more trouble against heavy shooting armies though, so remember that and plan accordingly
May the Emperor forgive you, for his servants cannot.
