Welcome fellow guardians. Here is my 1850pt list of Divine Judgement to cast down the sinners.
HQ: Cannoness + Book of St. Lucius + Mastercrafted Eviserator + Cloak of St. Aspira + Jumpack = 130
E: Ordo Malleus Inquistor + Psychic hood + ccw + bolt pistol + 2 Mystics/
Land Raider + Smoke Lauchers + Extra armor = 312
T: 10 Battle Sisters + Flamer + Heavy Flamer/ VSS + Brazier of Holy Fire + Book of St. Lucius
Rhino + Smoke Launchers + Extra armor = 215
3 more troop types same build as above
FA: 4 Seraphim/ VSS + master crafted Eviserator= 138
HS: 3 X exorcists = 405
Tatics Cannoness attaches to seraphim sqd and they go IC,MC, and Vehicle hunting. Psychic hood plus shield of faith shuts down psychic powers, Land Raider shields Rhinos as they advance toward objectives. Mystics mess up enemy deep striking by giving my exorcist the ability to take free shots at a deep striking unit within 4 D6. I use Rhinos to set up the template shots from Battle sister shots( Tank shock the enemy or lure him) so I can get his guys to clump togther for the 3 templates and combined with Divine Guidance leaves a lot of potential for 6s.
Concerns My major concern is that the seraphim sqd is too small and might have some difficulties performing its tasks( using acts of faith) I generally like useing in total 5 or 6 seraphim with cannoness attach cause its safer to pull of acts of faith and i will have more girls protecting my eviserator wielding ones, but I need the Land Raider to shield my Rhinos as smoke launchers isn't good enough there just too fragile. I don't really care what happens to the Land Raider as long as it insure that my Rhinos get to where they need to be as they will be the game winners.
Also I've been having dice issues lately and I was just wonder if any of you have any advice for dealing with this kind of stuff.

Alright 1st off I disagree with you completly about Blessed weapons I think they are completly worthless and there really is no point for the cannoness to have one. She only has 4 attacks at her I4 which sucks by the way and her weapon skill is 4 which also sucks really badly. Attack A I4 is attacking at the same initaive* as marines. I would Rather giver her an MC eviserator as that way She can kill enemy IC, MC , and Tanks with relative ease using acts of faith to give her 2 + invul and + 2S so i can get to 8 and ignore armor makes my few attacks I weak stats very good. Blessed weapon is only good on celestian because she actually has the stats to use it.
Why would I want the seraphim to hit and run?! As you can see 4 seraphim with one eviserator would be terrible for hit and run and you know why don't even try to argue that. For hit and run you need like 8 at least in sqd number with flamers and meltas. They are better off wtih my cannoness so she doesn't get picked off by lascannons and so I get the extra eviserator attack from my VCC to help insure that the targets are destroyed.
I agree with you on the DH Inquistor and I will drop one of the Mystics.
I also will be modifing the list by dropping a battle sister sqd and an exorcist so I can boost my seraphim sqd up to the proper size for my jumpack cannnoss retinue and I also plan on using some Renptia with the list as I think I may have an effective use for them.

#1.hit and run is like the only reason seraphim are good, without it they would die very quickly even more so when you only have a squad of 5. the only reason when they wont need hit and run are if they are tank hunting with melta bombs (which i recommend greatly).
#2.i agree with you on the eviserater but a canoness with a blessed weapon on foot is very nice to back up squads.
#3.SOB squads are almost perfect except for the brazier (not worth the 10 points)
#4.land raiders are always good for soaking up fire.
#5.people aren't gonna' like those exorcists. you will get marked down at tourneys so try running two and maybe some retributers?
