Play mostly marines, tau, and orks, usually infantry heavy. Also there's a Sisters player, and a Space Wolves player.
Command squad with master of ordinance
Platoon command squad with mortar
3 guardsmen squads with missiles and grenade launchers
2 HW squads with autocannons
2 veteran squads with 3 meltas each, in a standard chimera
3x unupgraded scout sentinel squadron
2 leman russes with 3 heavy bolters. Two different squads
Not sure if I should drop the sentinels and the mortar for DSing storm troopers with a melta and plasma. Also thinking of making one HW squad mortars, then I could either throw GLs into command squads or turn the missiles into lascannons.

I think it has a lot of potential, just a little re-jigging really.
CCS looks good, maybe add a mortar range finder. I'm still on the fence for it working as the internet claims, but 5 points isn't too much.
I'm not a fan of missile launchers really. Autocannons are cheaper and better against vehicles and infantry.
HWS I don't like much, but keep them cheap and you should be ok.
Big fan of the Vets.
I don't like vehicle squadrons, letting glancing hits kill you is never good. 2 solo Sentinels with heavy flamers or autocannons would be nice.
Hellhound is cool, I prefer the Bane Wolf but they're both good.
Like the Russes, like the Collussus.
Honestly, there isn't a lot I would do here. I go nuts with the armor, but you've got lots of redundancy there and plenty of heavy weapons in the infantry to not worry too much. Anti-tank could give you problems with only the 2 melta squads though, so keep them safe and go after priority vehicles (AV13 and up), leaving the rest to autocannons.
I've got an idea, what do you think of this?
Replace the hellhound with a devildog to help my anti-tank out, then replace the sentinels with 1 scout sentinel with an autocannon or heavy flamer that outflanks, and 1 armored sentinel with a plasma cannon. It can mess up most things pretty nice, and if it lives long enough can tie up most anything in melee indefinitely. Even with a space marine squad, krak grenades aren't going to do much more than shake it once a turn thanks to the extra armor.
It'll draw anti-tank fire, but if it does then that's shots not headed to the chimeras.
I've come up with a different list, how's this sound? I'm not certain on the price of the psykers, I don't have the point costs in front of me at the moment, but I think it's right.
Command squad with master of ordnance
Minimum sized psyker squad
5 guard squads with grenade launchers. 1 with heavy bolter, 3 with autocannons, 1 with lascannon
(I'm using a heavy bolter because I have a heavy bolter team glued down and don't feel like trying to switch it out, since I have it supported on the sandbags instead of the tripod.)
Veterans with 3 meltas and chimera
Veterans with 3 plasma and chimera
2 scout sentinels with heavy flamers, seperate squadrons
LRBT with bolter sponsons
It looks nice, but a major problem is the hydras are hard to find on ebay and are $60 from forgeworld. So here's a list without them.
Commander with master of ord
4x guard squads, 4 AC 4 GL
1 autocannon HWS
1 mortar HWS
Vets with 3 meltas and chimera
Vets with 3 plasmas and chimera
Heavy flamer sentinel
2 LRBTs without sponsons
Any thoughts? I'm still light on anti-tank, and will be pretty screwed if the vendetta is taken down. It might be better to make the second squad of vets meltas as well, though I don't know what'd be good to spend the rest of the 15 points on. There's a lot of autocannons, but they're really best at taking down transports.
Edit: Dropped the missiles, changed some other stuff.

Hydras are tricky, but I'm going to try and convert them from Basilisks, replacing the Earthshaker with modifed autocannons (either just plastic tubing or spare ACs I have lying around).
I think those will work, definitely swap for a second set of meltas. 1 Vendetta will draw a lot of fire, at least get it 1 friend.
I really can't see me finding the points for another vendetta. I'm not willing to go below a full 3 heavy support, and I don't want to lose any infantry.
