I think i like my list overall, the only thing i cant figure out is, are the scouts a good choice for this army? my biggest concern for them is getting line of sight while my vehicles are advancing and them having no support if anything were to reach them. Should i change the rhino squads to razorback squads so my scouts have a little more support from the combat squad?
This is a good list, I think it'll do well. The Scouts are fine, get them in cover and they'll do good.
If you're combat squading the Tactical Marines then I'd normally say yes, take Razorbacks - but I can't really see anything you'd want to drop for the extra points you'd need.
Although if you're planning on advancing with the preds, you might not want sponsons on both of them. Perhaps drop them to get one with just a tl-lascannon, and one with autocannon + sponsor heavy bolter? Autocannons won't be able to pop over anything like a landraider.
I'd consider dropping the scouts for a Landspeeder Typhoon or a couple attack bikes with multi-meltas. You will then have some better Anti-armor punch and a fast unit that really compliments your "Mech" theme.
If you don't have the models (and can't afford them) then the scouts are okay, just concentrate on having them hold an objective and don't count on them for much else...consider anything else they accomplish as "gravy".
