We who have seen war will never stop seeing it....In the silence of the night, we will always hear the screams....
I have one piece of advice that will fix most of the problems with this list by itself, if followed. You need to specialize your squadrons. For example, the lone vanquisher in the punisher squadron is wasted if you choose to mow down infantry with them, and if you point the vanquisher at enemy armor, the punishers are useless. Another would be the heavy bolters on the vendettas, which appear to be your strongest anti-tank unit in the list. Try to equip your infantry units and tanks with the same types of weapons. If you specialize everything, then you waste nothing. The anti-infantry units can pound infantry the entire game without wasting any guns, and the anti-tank units can blast at enemy armor with full force. There are a couple other areas where you could specialize, and it will vastly improve the list's overall effectiveness.
If I were to redesign your heavy support choices, I would free up some points somewhere (I would eliminate the armored sentinels) and do this:
Heavy Bolter Sponsons

I WANNA GET STUCK IN WIT DA BOYZ
personally I would save some points by eliminating the platoon standards, in a 5 man guard squad with no close combat weapons that +1 combat res won't make a difference.
And then everything slobulous said was great advice, but if you do get rid of the sentinels then I'd split up either the valks or the devil dogs so you have one roaming solo, since you have the fast attack slot anyway. I think the extra mobility and target selection is worth the extra kill point.
