    1k marines, this will get them legal again

    it's been a while since i was interested in playing my marines, ever since the new rules i switched to fantasy.
    But today i was like...the hell with it, lets see if i can make a legal list again!
    so here it is! it's very basic because i wanted to keep 2 full tactical squads in rhino's ( i heard they do wonders these days) but anyway, tell me what you think. and if you have some idea's for tact's and who to split up and stuff, that's always welcome =)

    Chaplain
    Jump pack
    Total: 115 pts

    tactical squad
    10 marines, flamer, Missile launcher
    1 rhino, extra armor
    Total: 220 pts

    tactical squad
    10 marines, flamer, Missile launcher
    1 rhino, extra armor

    Looks pretty good vid.

    given it's a pretty basic list I still thing I will work pretty decent. given te mission you can opt to combat squad your tac squads for a objective holding Missle Launcher team. Sniper could use some camocloaks and some power fists would be nice as AT but at 1K it should be fine.

    I'd drop the extra armor and dozer blade and try to get a powerfist or two on your sergeants, particularly the Assault squad sergeant. As it stands now though it's a good list. Welcome back to 40K!

    Vid I know you like your scouts but why not drop them in favour of a PF and Melta bombs on the Assault sqaud? this will give you more then enough AT. I beleive they cost 5 pts. so that would be 50 pts. plus extra points to go from Powerweapon to Powerfist. maybe if you ahve some more points get some Power weapons to the Tac squads

    well i tought of that and would have done it too with the old codex...only one problem...in the new codex only the sergeant can have meltabombs -.-
    That and the scouts will be a great way to hold an object somewhere in the middle with their infiltrating.

    really only the Sargeant damm that S*cks. then ignore that then I don't know how you can get more AT in there. I guess you should just playtest it a little then and see how it handles itself
