Well instead of choosing special characters and usual rutine for BA i made pretey dif list.
Bike, Combi melta X2 280
10 assult marines X2 500
10 tacticle marines( stay at home base or cap a near one.) 195
5 Bikes X 2 380
3 attack bikes 150
(wepons will depend on armies i play)
So what ya think. Bikes will turbo boost with chaps near important vhicles or areas, same goes with attack bikes. Marines will either walk to objectives un noticed as they dont do much except bunker down on a objective, Assult marines attack by turn 2 and then fly around cover to cover and cap objects in last turns. ALL C&C WELCOME
I think you need more firepower than that list provides. Dropping a Chaplain would give you enough points to buy powerfists for the assault squads and a heavy weapon for the tac. That would make them much more effective. How do you plan to use your Death Company? I don't see them listed.
Kudos for not using the tired "Lemartes leads the DC" tactic, but would you consider bringing a Librarian instead of a Chaplain? He could fit in with an assault squad and do quite a bit to assist their advance. I don't think a Chaplain's reroll would be effective with the model count of a typical bike squad, anyway.

Oh i forgot about the death company and ill only beusing them if its not kill points. They will assist my tacticle squad. And im pretty sure 6 meltas and 3 multi meltas is more then enough to take out tanks and such. The chaplins are there for anit tank and to keep my bikers aalive in combat. Ill need to print the rules and spells for blood angels for the librarian then ill c
