    Your thoughts would very much be appreciated on this army, on paper I rather like it.

    Depending on my opponent, the army has a flame squad of doom, 4 vet squads and 2 banewolfs for charging forwards/objective claiming/counterattacking as well as a platoon (minus the command) sat next to the CCS issuing orders alongside a heavy weapon team, 3 hydras and a leman russ to blast away at everything else.

    Its light on anti ar 14 (Vendetta, Lascannons HWS and 2x Vet melta squads all I have).

    HQ: Get a standard. Mortar and hide from LOS may be better than AC/GL.

    Veterans: Nice. Put lasguns onthe plasma squads and shotguns on the melta squads.
    Platoon: Perfect, well appart from the power weapon but go on, treat yourself.

    Fast: Excellent. Who is travelling inthe vendetta? I suggest a cheap special weapon squad with 3 flamers to make the skimmer scoring and to give you an anti horde suicide unit.

    Heavy: Hydras are great. The Russ would be better replaced by a standard Russ with plasma sponsons. It would also free up the points for a special weapon unit.

    Single HWS is dead. I'd change things up here. 2 infantry squads with lascannons and 2 HWS with autocannons. Combine the infantry, give 1 unit a vox and your CCS. Cheap twin-linked lascannon. 2 HWS of autocannons will mess up transports.

    These are perfect for wiping out infantry as they hop out of the transports you just destroyed.

    Great.

    Change up your infantry platoon and swap the Vendetta for another Russ (Eradicator, Demolisher, Executioner). Add more bodies as needed. Should be fun.

    HQ: If their going to be static like ==Me== said it probably be wise to go with either the camo cloaks or the carapace armour.

    Troops: I would get rid of the power weapon on the platoon commander. hes going to be in a chimera so its not really needed. I also agree with ==Me== that the HWS will not last long by itself. I would get another lascannon team just to give this list some extra punch and long range anti-tank.

    Fast Attack: I have to agree with ==Me== that the lone Vendetta wont last too long. The points can be used somewhere else.

    Heavy Support: I agree with Mad Cat here. Just read his views on the matter and you will understand what I think.
