There's a lot of armour here for sure, but at 2000 points your two Tactical Squads without Rhinos will draw a lot of firepower. Of course this might be part of your plan, and it will probably keep your vehicles alive.
Dreadnoughts are fun. Unfortunately their AV12 tends to be very weird, dying too easily at times and holding solidly at other times. What worries me is that the Dreadnoughts in your list are walking, perhaps some Drop Pods would increase their potential.

Any extra points can be spent on extra armour for your rhinos, or indeed for more Rhinos.
Your other tactical squads need rhinos and change there weapons to meltagun/flamer and one of the free heavy weapons. I would leave the dreads how they are, if you want to deep strike multi meltas get land speeders instead they're cheaper. Autocannon, lascannon preds aren't really worth their points. Get land speeders or dreadnoughts with multi meltas for anti tank.
