Looking to beef up to 1K pts at this point, playing mostly Nids, SM, and Tau. Dont currently have budget for Bikes or Predators, with that in mind please advise:
Jump Pack: 115
10 man tac.
Rhino : 205
10 Man Tac.
ML& Flamer :170
10 Man Assault
w/ Power fist:215
MM& CC: 105
Devastator x 5:
4x ML/HB (depending on army)
Thinking of dropping out a assault marine for Meltaguns on the two tac's for Tau
Maybe split the ML/HB's on the Dev. squad VS SM's (2 and 2)
I know Dev's arent popular now adays, but Ive had alot of luck with them.
Looking for some feedback
Give the Razorback to the 2nd Tactical Squad, mobility is key for Tactical Squads nowadays. The rest of your configuration is pretty playable.
A whirlwind would make a nice addition (good against Nid and Tau imo), and as you get the Rhino top in the box a bit of fiddling can get you a vehicle that can be either depending on needs.
