I will be attending 40k tournament just one week and a half away. I am wondering if this list would work :
Shrike - 195
Epistolary Librarian (gate of infinity, force dome/Avenger) - 150
5 Assault Terminators, 3 TH/SS, 2 LC - 200
10 Tactical, multi melta, meltagun (gating with librarian) - 190
10 Tactical, flamer, Lascannon in Land Raider Redeemer - 195 + 240
10 Assault Marines - 190
5 Devastator Marine, 4 Missile Launcer - 150
total 1500 pts
This is how it works. Assault Terminators with shrike and gating tacticals is the first wave (librarian force dome to give them a better chance of surviving). Assault Marines and Tactical in Redeemer is the second wave. Devastator work is just shooting down tanks or hard targets.
Or i may strip epistolary off the librarian to put powerfist on the redeemer tactical sergeant and assault marine sergeant. How is this list look?
Teleporting around with your Librarian will be very risky without Teleport Beacons. If you still wish to use this strategy, then be wary of putting your Librarian too close to the enemy. It's also a good idea to swap in some more Powerfists as you suggested. The invulnerable save given by the Librarian might be be too hard to roll for.
HQ: Drop the librarian. You risk a lot when gateing around and even teleport homers won't help you because gate is not the same as teleporting. Locator beacons would work but meh. For only 20 points more you can buy another tac squad. It is better to have 2 squads than one squad risking deepstrike with a 5+ invulnerable.
Elites: Super. If you go first then infiltrate them with shrike behind cover 12-15" away if there is such a place. Fleet can get them into combat on turn one and shrike himself can leave the unit and join his jump pack buddies.
Troops: Tac squads are ok. if you go second then put the termies in the LRR rather than a tac squad.
Fast: They need a PW or a PF for the Sarge.
Heavy: LRR needs a MM upgrade. devastators are static and vulnerable with only 5 bodies. Swap them for 3xMM attack bikes who can move & fire, have better tank huunting abilities and can even turbo boost.
Quorn! - Protein for the Protein God.
It's a decent list but doesn't feel very Raven Guard. I'd lose the Land Raider and get some Drop Pods.
Either find the points to bulk the Devastators up to 10-men and then combat squad or drop them and buy a Landspeeder Squadron or Attack Bike Squadron kitted to bust armour.
It seems strong, but I don't think the librairian will work. A bit risky IMO (but then again ive never liked librarians)
It isnt very ravenguardy with the redeamer, but it would go well to be honest, exept that its VERY expensive.
Shrike with the Termies? Ive never heard of that beofre to be honest... I always considered RG to be Run and Gun army... If Shrike went with the ASMs then they could infiltrate, then if u got first go, they could move, shoot, and assault in the first turn, and thats a big amount of hits. I used to play raven guard and i won heaps lol doing this. After the first turn they can bail outta there, while the termies attack and so on.
IMHO Raven guard is about hitting hard and backing off, as i say, Run and Gun
Mabye if u didnt think the ASMs were that good, u could try and get some Vanguards to play with shrike.
Yea.... not sure..... the termies could take the redeemer...
Well thats my 2 cents, those are just some suggestions to help you out
Good Luck with the Tourney

Only two fail. Those who think but fail to act, and those who act but fail to think.
Now is the time to join the Space Marines. Join The Force! For The Emperor!
There is some modification made based on another forum's comments. I think i should post it here too.
Shrike - 195
Librarian (gate of infinity, avenger/smite) - 100
5 Assault terminators, 3 TH/SS, 2 LC (w/ shrike) - 200
10 Tactical, multi-melta, meltagun, chainsword, boltpistol sergeant (gating w/ librarian) - 175
10 Tactical, lascannon, flamer, powerfist sergeant (mount Land Raider) - 205
10 Assault Squad, Powerfist - 215
5 Devastator, 4 missile launcher - 150
1 Land Raider Crusader, multimelta - 260
Terminators has the staying power after the first turn assaults where assault marines dont. After taking the objective, rapid firing shots will be the test for the first turn assault team. Terminators can take anything that is crucial. Infantry? they will hack every each of them. Tanks? no problem.
The best thing about this list is its flexibility. Going first, i can decide where shrike will infiltrate with. If my target is soft enough and the return fire not very damaging, assault marines would be best. If the target is hard, then the job goes to the terminators. Going second, i have the option to mount terminators in the land raider. Or even fit librarian w/ tacticals in the LR. Everything has interchangeable roles, depending on the mission, objective, and opponent.
Things to be considered from the list are (1) which Land Raider? Crusader, Redeemer? (2) The list might be better without LR. It will do just fine with rhinos and drop pods. but i dont have rhinos and my models limited so dont give me the option . (3) I need to bump up the dev unit, thinking of striping assault sergeant's PF and lascannon to fit two more bolter marine into the squad. Is this good? thanx for the replies so far.
Btw, it might not very Raven Guard. But it is a tournament, being fluffy too much will just get my butt handed to me.
