HQ: CCS in Chim w/ 3x Plasma Guns, Medic, Heavy Stubber (190 )
Comments: This unit kills a ridiculous number of things of all shapes and sizes. Medic is necessary for all the rapid firing plasma death. Dead Daemon Princes, Dead Terminators, dead everything.
Troop: 5 man PCS w/ Autocannon + 20 man Infantry Squad w/ 2 AC (160 )
Comments: Tournament MVP squad, never fails Plop on objective in cover with orders and win.
Troop: Veterans w/ 3x Meltagun in a Chim, Heavy Stubber (165)
Heavy: Pask in Vanquisher, LC hull (220 )
Comment: Legitimate long-ranged anti-tank threat.
Heavy: Leman Russ w/ HB hull, HB sponsons (170 )
Comment: LR regulars are sorta fail, but the pie plate is necessary for infantry-heavy lists, and plus I have 3 just sitting around so I might as well use one?
Heavy: Hydra, Heavy Stubber (85)
Comment: I had 10 leftover points for the heavy stubber, which isn't bad in case I decide to fire at infantry instead of vehicles.
I think this is 1,000 points. It's a little bit similar to my tournament list from a month ago (the one that got 1st), but I think this list is actually better. Let me know that you think, thanks!
If you drpped your hydra`s heavy stuber you could get a second hydra and really punish opponents at a range, good luck

The CCS in the Chim with plasma...is simply one of the greatest things. ever. I don't mean to sound like a tool, but try one out and you'll see what I mean (it is by far better than a Chimelta). Wiping out a squad of Terminators in one round of shooting? Yes please. Marine armor? Take a seat. They can even threaten light vehicles if need be. Rapid fire within 12" means 6 Str 7 AP 2, plus the other firing points and whatever is on the Chim itself. Ouch. The medic is absolutely essential as well. This squad always kills me the most points every game and I think you'll start to see this strategy develop more as people figure out the potentials of the IG codex. When I interviewed my friends about my army, they always mention how terrified they are of this unit and how they have to maneuever their armies around it (and my friends are no slouches at 40k).
I personally don't care for Grenade Launchers in smaller games; I know that sounds weird but I really like lasguns for the order. I had a squad of Terminators deep strike next to me last weekend when I was on an objective with the PCS and 20-man squad. Lasgun order = 40+ shots and 4 dead terminators from one squad shooting. So I guess that's a personal preference, although I can see why GL's are good considering how cheap they are points-wise.
I will have to playtest your Demolisher strategy. My only concern is that I don't really have a specific use for it yet, and of course in any list you want to have the cogs of your army machine work together It's something I'll have to look into versus sticking with the Pask Vanquisher.
If I can find a way to fit two Hydras without overly-sacrificing the idea of this list, then I may do so. The few Heavy Stubbers were just sort of thrown in there since I had the leftover points and so often I see a Chim shoot at a squad and kill all but one guy and say, "I wish I had ONE more wound" (or to force that crucial leadership check).
All in all, I like the comments. I honestly don't think I'm going to alter the CCS Plas Squad of Doom or the Infantry Squad unless I somehow find 10 leftover points to toss in those GL's. Of course, I'm just being stubborn based upon the successes I have had with these units, but I'm interested in hearing further opinions on anything discussed thus far.
I can see why you choose the vanquisher over the demolisher, mainly for anti armor which your army has very little of without pask, but the demolisher i feel will add an extra "oomph" to your army, with increased armor and the demolisher cannon? It can hold a flank by itself in 1000 points.
Otherwise your list looks nice, I am a fan of tons of infantry so I can't say I super approve of your list, but it looks like it would be a ton of fun (Just watch out for objective matches with so few troops)
