First "noob" question: can I deep strike the vet squad in the valk, even though it is not a dedicated transport?
I was hoping to send the valk, rhinos and sepharim ahead to break up troop lines. I'm not too sure about the second vet squad whether to foot slog or backup the 2HQs and PCS. This would depend on the game type.
Thanks in advance.
Yes, you can deep-strike the Veterans in the Valykrie. Because it is not a dedicated transport any squad can start inside it.
I don't think Veteran squads should ever foot-slog, always give them some form of transport unless you intend to use them as long ranged fire-support which you clearly don't based on the 3 Melta-Guns.
Chenkov is pointless unless you're taking Conscripts and don't mix weapons that clearly have different roles (i.e. Auto-Cannons, Heavy Bolters and Melta-Guns), but other than that it looks like a good list.

Thanks mate for the feedback.
I may also have thrown away 20 pts with the melta guns in the inf squads. I had them in there as backup incase any fast attack or such pierced my line. I will review the meltas after the torney.
