LS storm Heavy flamer
Dreadnaught w/H flamer, assault cannon
Heavy support 1
Meh,looks the typical balanced marine lists to me.
Drop the Scouts they suck,Drop the pred, get yourself 2 drop pods and a second dreadnaught.
there is a number of suggestions I'd make about your list, the main problem being that it has no focus. You've picked a little bit of this and a little bit of that without making sure that it works well together, and frankly I fear that your units won't be able to support each other very good (which is very key).
Your captain doesn't fit into the rhino. So he stays back with that stationary tacticle squad that has got a melta that needs to be within 6" of effective range to be of any good. The other one is mobile, but since it's a whole squad you must forfeit either your shooting (probably not) or leave the scouts on their own in close combat.
Your dreadnought is in the meantime foot-slogging up the battlefield while the enemy firebase dies from too much yawning. Your predator and its lascannons will be easily avoided, leaving you with no choice but to move him and forfeit a tremendous amount of your firepower. Etc...
Your tactical squads both need a transport. But think about razorbacks. Combat squads are really effective and razorbacks add quite some punch in firepower for just a tiny amount of points. Your captain could then join one of the power fist combat squads in one of the razorbacks.
Your scout squad is so much faster than the rest of your army that they will probably be very much on their own and a little lost. A single landspeeder won't perform very well, so you better just drop all of this.
Make it an infiltrating squads of sniper scouts with camo cloaks and a heavy bolter. That will give you some needed shooting power. Don't forget that with the changes above you will have two power fisted combat squad and your captain as countercharge units that you didn't really have before.
A single dreadnought will die very quickly. There is a simple rule (that is flexible, but you should stick to it as often as possible): if you want something, take at least two. Then it might do some damage.
But one or two dreadnoughts won't do nothing until they at least get a drop pod! This is badly needed. You could drop the assault cannon for that, if you like. It is awesome, but a multi-melta from a drop pod wrecks vehicles like hell and you'll probably want to be in close combat after that anyhow...
The annihilator is so much firepower in one little fragile "mobile terrain piece". Your enemy will have it blown up in seconds, even if you have a dreadnought and two razorbacks in your list. Or it will be denied line of sight, you will have to move it, forfeiting your weapons, etc. This gets pricey for what it will do.
You better see to some other anti-tank - three attack bikes with multi-meltas might do the job, for example. But there's a lot of possibilities.
Sorry I am not being too elaborate on this, but I guess it will suffice for some inspiration. Hope it helps. Good luck and have fun!
