    1500 Salamanders versing marines (and other power armoured foes)

    Vulkan He'stan

    Librarian with Null Zone and Smite

    Troops
    Scout Squad 10 with comabt weaps. and bolt pistols, seg. with power weapon

    Tactical Squad 10 with bolters, serg. has a power fist

    Elites
    Terminator Assualt Squad 5 with Thunder Hammers and Storm Shields

    Heavy Support
    Devastator Squad 10 with 4 multi-melta's and 6 bolters

    Devastator Squad 10 with 4 multi-melta's and 6 bolters

    Devastator Squad 8 with 4 missile launchers

    The army I normally verse has about 10 termies with TH's and SS's and a few land speeders.
    The librarian is there to make them re-roll their invulnerable saves and the multi-melta's are to hit the termies. The missile launchers are to take out speeders and other tanks. Scouts will split and outflank, then take enemy objectives. Tactical squad will hold one of my objectives. Termies will take out whatever threat gets to me.

    Would love feedback and suggestions

    -Not bad,although i would either give the Librarian gate of infinity or drop him.

    Troops

    -You need atleast 3 squads if your going to attempt at winning in objective based missions also buy them Rhinos.

    Elites
    Terminator Assualt Squad 5 with Thunder Hammers and Storm Shields

    -Need a LR also make sure you add Vulcan to this squad.

    Heavy Support
    Devastator Squad 10 with 4 multi-melta's and 6 bolters

    Devastator Squad 10 with 4 multi-melta's and 6 bolters

    Devastator Squad 8 with 4 missile launchers

    -Good combo with Vulcan,but overcosted you could get better stuff for this amount of points and Devastors don't last long.

    thanks for the advice, I'll change a dev squad (multi-melta's) for another tactical squad and give them both rhino's. I'll put Vulkan with termies, but I'll chance them without a land raider.
