So this is a fairly infantry heavy list I was thinking of using. It is similar to one I posted about a month or so back, but with a bit of changes to it:
Command Squad w/ Standard, Astropath
Command Squad +Autocannon : 40
4x Infantry Squad (Grenade launcher, autocannon) : 260
2x Veteran Squad:
3x Melta Gun w/ Chimera
Total Troops: 910
Leman Russ- HB, Plasma Cannons: 190
Demolisher- HF: 165
I wanted to try it with this many troops, as I thought it would be interesting. I kept the 2 mech vet squads with meltas, and the 2 Vendettas that I outflank for anti-tank use. I also included 10 autocannons for taking out transports/light vehicles, and also against infantry.
I here from some people here that the basic Demolisher with a HF works pretty well, so I decieded to try that, and then I also included a Hellhound or Banewolf (probably depends on who I'm playing for which one I bring), and a LRBT with plasma cannons to kill an assortment of infantry.
If I calculated it all correctly, I should have 100 points left, and I'm not too sure what to do with it really. I thought about a 2nd CCS to get more orders and make the infantry more effective, or maybe sticking more special weapons in the CCS and 2 PCS.
Any advice is appreciated.

Some ideas for you anyway.....
A shame to waste these guys higher BS. Even something cheap like an Autocannon or a handful of G-Launchers would be worth while. Maybe loose the Astropath to get some more guns, you don't have to many Flankers.
PCS, If you loaded these guys up with flamers you could have them ride around in one or both of the Vendettas. This not only makes a nasty little counter assault unit if pople get close to your Vendettas it also makes them a Scoring unit which can suprise some opponents.
Thought about combining the Squads into Squads of 20? It makes good use of Orders. If so consider grabbing a Vox for each 20. Just be aware of the risks involved.
Good, a Single Wolf or Hound is a bit of a Target though. i'd go with a Bane Wolf to give you some more low AP power.
Good, More high Str and low AP is what your list needs.
I don't find Autocannon squads need a CCS to babysit them, they're cheap and disposable. Losing 1 unit can give your CCS a Chimera and some meltaguns to give you another armored attack unit.
Sticking the PCS and a SWS full of flamers in both Vendettas not only makes them scoring, but also give you a neat counter-attack unit.
I'd go for 2 Demolishers over 1 Demo and 1 LRBT. The Demo is the only real threat and will be picked off. Battle Cannons are meh against heavy tanks, don't kill 2+ saves, and give everything else cover (2+ -> 4+ is big, 3+ -> 4+ is meh).
I'd pick up the Hellhound for the range, Bane Wolf if you go up against more MEQs.
