Couple of rules issues in the list. Not sure if it's a fluffy list that you're house ruling.
You're CCS has only four veterans and so can only carry four of the upgrades. With medi, vox, standard, sniper, and H flamer you have five upgrades.
Then your troops need a PCS. You've listed the squads as veterans and if this is for fluff then all you need is a PCS to tie the unit together. But if they are legit veteran squads you need a PCS and two Infantry squads to be able to access the HWS and SWS.
Not a big deal just need some clarity to properly C&C the list.
Sorry, new to Imperial Guards. Can you explain the abbreviations.
Also, can I get rid of that platoon command squad problem if I just turn them into a normal infantry platoon instead of vets?

your using the vets as infantry, with only 1 special wep on each vet squad. you may aswell make them normal infantry, but you would also have to add a platoon command squad.
Thing is, I just bought a cadian battleforce. They'd sell an incomplete army like that? haha (you know, considering I need a PCS)
Not many Battle Forces are an 'army' in their own right. You can make a legal army out of the Guard Battle Force but it really is just like a 'booster' box or a starter set.
All these abreviations got me when i first joined here too, but heres a break down of what people use:
CCS- Company Command Squad
PCS- Platoon command Squad
HWS- Heavy Weapon Squads
SWS- Special Weapons Squad.
Anyway, Some comments on the list as it is:
Don't gear you guys up as the Jack of all trades. A sniper rifle makes you sit back and shoot where as the H-flamer requires you to get close. Choose a role - Shooty or Close Quarter and stick to it.
H-Flamers on Guard infantry are just not worth it. You can grab H-Flamers on your Chimeras for free so do that instead.
Sniper rifles are just not that effective. They're ok in large numbers but then i'd grab ratlings.
Standards are good if you're doing a mass infantry army but if you're guys will be inside chimeras i wouldn't bother.
Medics, only use these when i'm tooling the squad up for close combat. Ditch him and use the points to get some nasty guns.
-If you're starting to use these guys in a Chimera i'd ditch all that gear and grab a few plasma guns or meltaguns and thats it. They don't need anythign else.
VETS: I'd ditch all that gear on the Veterans and just grab 3 Special weapons. It's all they need. If you want to keep Grenadiers thats fine as it's fluffy. Give both squads 3 Melta Guns or one squad Melta and one Squad Plasma to give you some nasty hitting power.
Platoon: well you need to grab 2 Squads of infantry and the PCS for these guys but by ditching all that gear on your vets and CCS you might have enough.
HWS&SWS: Don't mix weapons. Choose one and stick to it.
Sentinels: Don't mix weapons. Choose one and stick to it.
Devil Dogs. I wouldn;t bother with Camo Netting. These boys will be driving around blasting stuff with their short ranged guns so wont be hiding in cover. thats alot of points saved there.
Yep, pretty much what Borak said.
Never take just 1 HWS, they're too easy to kill. You need to take a lot, like at least 4. Always go for autocannons, they're cheap and don't need orders.
Most Vehicles should have hull heavy flamers. They're free and will help you murder hordes.
I'd just take 3 Vet Squads, 2 Dogs, 3 Sentinels and stick your leftover points into a Demolisher or something.
