    1500 Salamander (with DH Allies)

    I've been playing this list for about 4 matches, and was just looking to improve it.
    (Like if I should add something, tell me what to replace)


    HQ 435
    Vulkan He'stan 190

    GK Brother Captain 61
    4 GK Terminators 184

    Troop 345
    10 Tact Squad 195
    -sgt w/ powersword+pistol
    -sgt w/ meltabombs
    -meltagun
    -missile launcher

    Scouts 150
    -snipers
    -missile launcher
    -cloaks
    -telion

    Elite 650
    Assault Terminators 460
    -hammer/shield
    -landraider crusader
    --multimelta

    Ironclad Dreadnought 190
    -dccw / heavyflamer
    -seizmic hammer / meltagun
    -drop pod
    --locator beacon

    Fast 70
    Land Speeder
    -multimelta
    -heavy flamer

    Vulkan rides with the Hammer Terminators in the Landraider while I keep everything else in reserves (like the Grey Knight Terminators and Speeder) and I try to get the pod (with beacon) into a good dense area of bad guys so my speeder can come in and melta or flame something, and the terminators can hopefully get into an assault turn 3 or 4.
    I play the Landraider back when I need to to defend, and ususally attack with Dread, Speeder and Terminators, but if its a gun line I run the raider up.

    So far, I've faced Mechguard(T5 win), Necrons (T4 Phaseout), Chaos(T5 tie), and last night I tabled a Chaos player turn 6.

    I know where the list's strengths are, just looking for the weaknesses.

    Fine IF they have a Land Raider. Your other Termies are jacking their ride. Either buy another Raider, or drop one Termie squad. These guys are very wasted DSing or walking.

    Buy these a Rhino. Marines die like Guardsmen on foot. Get the Sarge a PF and no Meltabombs.

    I prefer a HB with the Snipers, they compliment each other very well.

    Fine but, provides problems for the above reasons.

    Good unit but I'd run him naked. He's prone to dying in a line breaker role, so keep him cheap.

    Good Speeder.
    You have 2 huge problems.

    1. Termies not in a Land Raider.

    2. Two Troop choices.

    You need to drop one of the Termie squads and buy a third Troop choice, preferable another Marine squad with Rhino. 2 Troops is how you lose games so easily, it's just easy to kill them.
