I would get the dreadnought a HF. And remove the vanguards, since you already have some expensive veterans in your list, and 295 for 5 man jumping forward, ouch.
I would rather see another maxed out squad of sternguards. Also what kind of combi-weapons are you using? I usually take 2 combimeltas.
Maybe drop down on your weapons on the first squad of sternguards and pod down an additional Ironclad with Melta, HF?
Maybe a captain instead of the Chaplain to join up with the other sternguard unit. Kantor with the first.

my thoughts were initially to use the vanguard as a bodyguard plus insurance for an epistolary so he can give him self quickening and 1 hit kill stuff with his force weapon like monstrous creatures,
also i didnt want to sternguard spam it to death im using combi meltas as i find hvy flamers effective against pretty much everything,
also the vanguard are kinda scary(people either ignore them at there peril or try and kill them first) and since there on table from turn 1 are very handy for making people look the other way
a thought has just occoured but i think if i get rid of the predator and chaplain i think i have enough points for shrike then i can infiltrate with a turn 1 charge possibly?? any advice on that would be good.
