HQ: Cheap and very good.
Elites: Nice. Possibly swap 1-2 for lightening claws to get some decent I4 attacks in. LRR is fine. Venerable dreads are expensive. The drop pod dread could be swapped for an ironclad as it is going to be at close range anyway. Other dread would be better with Plas cannon and ML. Remember in 1/3rd of scenarios it will have to march on from your baseline.
Troops: Mechanised squads could take droppods instead. MM may be better than ML if you do as the extra range of the ML won't be needed.
Plasma squad is fine. It could drop the PF or reduce it to a PW if you need few more points.

Your other Dread needs a Pod, they're great line breakers.
You are a bit light on Troops. The other squad needs a Rhino or it's useless. If you want a baby sitter unit buy 5 Scouts, they won't be wasted.
Predators are pretty bad. They don't advance well and aren't that cheap. Whirlwinds or Vindicators really help you with hordes, and also armor for a Vindicator. I'd go Vindie since they can advance as well.
Put 1-2 LCs in the Termies unit, just in case they charge infantry. 1 is probably okay sine they have a Chaplain.
Redeemers kind of suck. They can rarely shoot both flamers at one target, I'd go with a Crusader or even a basic Raider, it does jobs you need filled. Extra Armor would be a good buy as well.
You can pick up two Vindies instead of Preds and save 80 points. That will pay for the upgrades to the other units.

I agree and disagree with PoE. about the Predator. They are awesome BUT they have to be used in a support role. If you're podding in Dread's with MM more than likely they will take out troublesome tanks which is what the Predator does as well but at a range. And seeing as how there will be Drop Pod's, a Land Raider and Dreadnoughts obstructing the Line of Fire, you might as well take Vindicators that can advance, position and fire.
As far as the math goes you only save 10 points by switching out the Pred's for the Vindi's.
And I totally agree it has to be the regular ol' Land Raider or the Crusader the Redeemer's range is too short. Good luck.
