A quick glance through.
HQ looks good.
Troops: The tactical squad looks fine. The scouts I'd change a bit. I like the heavy bolter with the snipers. It meshes much better because, like the sniper rifle, it's a fantastic anti-infantry weapon and the hellfire shell is better than the frag missile. I guess the missile launcher is okay for sniping MEQ, but I'd still probably go with the heavy bolter. I used to max out missile launchers in my army, and have since phased them out after having my heart broken by them time and time again (though that's another story). Generally, I like two load outs for scouts, but I'm sure there are other good ways to use them. Camoline/Sniper/heavy bolter ranged squad, or assault loadout objective snatching infiltrators (camoline optional).
Elites: Looks good.
Fast Attack: IMO, Vanguard vets are too expensive with jump packs. If you sneak them into a tank, the extra attack can be worth it, but I would personally go with an assault squad instead. I don't have my codex handy, but I think you can get 7 or 8 of them instead of 5 vanguard.
Heavy support: I would go with the autocannon on the predator, as I think the twin linked lascannon is overpriced. You can either go with autocannon/heavy bolter for light infantry, or autocannon/lascannon for heavy infantry and/or antivehicle. Given your opponents, either seems viable.
HQ: He is good but more of the army needs to make use of the fleet ability. Sniper scouts etc will hardly ever need fleet and shrike is an expensive method of giving 5 vanguards infiltrate. Drop him or reequip the list to make more use of his ability.
Elites: dread is ok and a HF upgrade may be good if you have a few points left at the end. 5 footslogging sternguard are poor and I would drop them.
Troops: Tac squad is ok but needs a rhino or drop pod. 10 scouts should take 9bp/CCW + 1 shotgun/PF. Infiltrate them 18.5" away from the enemy then scout move, move, fleet and assault into combat on turn one. Snipers are ok for objective claiming.
Fast: Drop them as 10 normal assault marines are far better. More attacks overall and twice as many wounds. Get a PF for the sarge too.
Heavy: Preds should take AC+2LC or switch to a vindicator or second dread.
