    Psychic army 1500

I am considering doing a imperial guard army with cramming as many psychic powers and fun special rules in as possible.

    HQ

    2x Primaris Psyker
    5x ministorum priest
    -eviscerator

    ELITES

    3x (10 ) Psyker battle squad

    TROOPS

    5x penal legion

    Veteran squad
    -shotguns
    demolitions
    grenadiers
    3 melta guns
    power sword

    HEAVY SUPPORT

    Manticore rocket launcher

    So what do you think?
Thanks in advance for your opinion?

I think you're going to die. Horribly lol. But you'll at least have fun whilst doing it.

PBS will be your opponents Number 1 on the "kill first" list and without a Chimera to rotect them they'll be toast.

Same with the Penal LEgion. They're fun but 50 guardsmen runnisg at the enemy with just lasguns will only get them Martyred. You need some decent guns in there to actually cause some pain. Blobed infantry Squads would serve you better. At the moment all your hopes are based on that Vet unit which is only a 10man Guard unit. Those boys wont be around for long.

Priests. Thats alot of points and remember they only have 1 Wound and are indipendant characters so they can be singled out before they even swing that eviscerator.

i'l probably replace the penal legions and priests with infantry platoon and chimeras then.

i would go 2x primaris psyker with the PBS in chimeras. then i would get 2x demolisher tanks
and lots of infantry squads with autocannons and melta gun PCS in chimeras. or you could just spam veterans in chimeras with melta guns. manticores are very unreliable and they don't fit in with any list that moves. plus they have to hide to prevent an easy kill point being gained. but you then have the problem of protecting it against flankers/ deepstrikers etc.
    thanks

Superior stamina may win battles, but the ability to quickly recover wins wars.

Sounds like one Plan open to you. Infantry Rushes do work. But Blob squads are possibly the best option open to you. Grab these guys some Melta guns and Maybe a commissar in the unit to stop them legging it.

Chimeras would be good for the PCS. The Primaris can always run around with the Infantry as he'll have 20 or so bodies to hide in.
